摘要： Investments in the exploitation of the continent’s raw material reserves have resulted in little (positive) impact on the energy security situation within Africa. This paper attempts to explore factors influencing the level of energy security of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, and from the dimension of availability, affordability, economic efficiency and environmental stewardship or sustainability of energy. The cross-sectional survey design was employed as the design for the collection and analysis of data. The study applied a quantitative research method in examining the indicators of energy security for SMEs in Accra Metropolis in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. The population covered about 500 SMEs who have about 100 employees and total revenue of $1 million or the equivalence in Ghana Cedis. A sample of 246 was selected through a cluster and simple random sampling. The analysis adopted statistical techniques to conduct descriptive, exploratory and inferential analysis of the data collected. Factors that influence the level of energy security of SMEs are broadly categorized into the environment and economic change, political factors, physical disruptions and market conditions. Ge- nerally, the level of energy security under the availability dimension is medium among the SMEs. Issues of affordability, economic efficiency and environmental stewardship provide high medium interventions on energy security for SMEs. It is recommended that managers of Ghana’s energy sector should ensure prudent management of the country’s energy resources since the disruption of supply lines or sources form the key conditions that influence the energy security level of SMEs. SMEs should adopt energy efficiency measures to ensure that energy is conserved for future use.

摘要： SMEs(Small and medium-sized enterprises)集群现象是意大利时装产业最显著的特征之一,为意大利构建国家时尚身份、掌握全球时尚话语权起到至关重要的作用。本文深入探析意大利SMEs集群现象的成因及优势,并以“二战”后普拉托羊毛纺织工业区为案例进行论证,为推动我国服装产业的集群化发展和打造柔性供需链提供些许参考。

摘要： Vietnam is paying great to the seafood exporting sector,offering various significant production advantages,concluding that it is critical to understand the competitiveness of the target market and implement effective strategies.However,due to COVID 19,the value of Vietnamese pangasius exports resulted in low and unpredictable profits for pangasius farmers.It is obvious to recognize competitiveness as Multi-Criteria Decision Making(MCDM)problem in the uncertain business environment.Therefore,this study is the first to propose a two-staged Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM)and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)analysis to identify potential criteria and comprehensively investigate the competitiveness of Vietnamese pangasius export Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs)in the context of China market.First,a dataset of 186 valid respondents from seafood export SMEs was collected through an online survey from June to December 2020.The PLS-SEM approach was applied to ascertain the positive impact of the proposed criteria contributing to the competitiveness of Vietnamese pangasius against China market.The PLS-SEM results showed that all criteria strongly correlated with the pangasius exporting competitiveness.Then,the FAHP method is employed to rank the subjective weights of mentioned criteria based on 12 experts’judgments.Knowledge infrastructure(C3)has the highest rank of competitiveness criteria with the highest weight,followed by Product(C4).In contrast,Prices(C6)was indicated as the lowest rank at 0.107 regarding FAHP results.Furthermore,this study provides insights into stakeholders seeking to improve competitiveness performance.

摘要： 以实现船舶微电网储能控制为目的,设计应用SMES的船舶微电网储能柔性控制系统。该系统利用控制芯片连接数字输入/输出混合单元、模拟电流输入、输出单元,并将上述单元与船舶微电网SMES储能装置相连后,采集船舶微电网SMES储能实时电压信息,传输到信号调理电路内;信号调理电路将该电压信息转换为统一区间的电流信息后,利用无线传感网络服务器将其传输到人机交互中心的电脑主机内;人机交互中心利用电脑主机与LCD显示屏相连为用户呈现船舶微电网SMES储能相关信息,同时利用储能柔性控制单元内的基于线性自抗扰的SMES储能装置变流器程序实现船舶微电网储能柔性控制。实验结果表明,该系统具备较高的可靠性且可对船舶微电网储能输出电流、电压等实施有效的柔性控制。

摘要： For this research,we examined the influence of access to domestic and international financing on sustainability performance with a mediating role of innovative performance and a moderating role of access to government support.Data were collected from 317 small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)through structured questionnaires.The results indicated that access to domestic and international financing significantly contributes to sustainability and innovative performances.Accordingly,we found a partial mediating role of innovative performance between access to domestic financing and sustainability performance as well as between access to international financing and sustainability performance.Access to government support significantly moderates the relationship between access to domestic finances and innovative performance as well as between access to international finances and innovative performance.Practitioners and policymakers should encourage national and international financial institutions and banks to facilitate SMEs by lending them funds for innovative activities and sustainability performance.Moreover,the government should support SMEs,so that they can contribute to economic growth and the gross domestic product.The implications from these matters will be further discussed in this paper.

摘要： The purpose of this study is to investigate the predictors of E-HRM implementation and adoption in the small medium enterprise (SMEs) in the manufacturing sector. Three main predictors including conventional HRM practices, availability of resources and employees attitude towards E-HRM were analysed. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey and 500 employees participated in this survey. Results reveal that E-HRM heavily depends on employee attitude towards E-HRM and availability of resources. Conventional HRM practices including training and development, compensation and benefits and performance appraisal also have an essential role. The readiness of implementing and adopting E-HRM practices in small and medium enterprises heavily dependent on expertise, financial and technical resources. This study will help managers to develop a strategy for effective implementation of E-HRM in small, medium enterprises (SMEs) in the manufacturing sector.

摘要： 本发明公开一种用于固态变压器低电压穿越的SFCL和SMES的联合优化配置系统及方法，将SFCL安装于固态变压器出口处，抑制短路故障引起的故障电流；将SMES安装于固态变压器的直流电容处，以吸收冗余能量稳定直流电压；在电网电压跌落时，实现无功功率注入以抬升固态变压器输出电压。4)建立多目标优化模型，以最小化SMES容量及SFCL容量为目标，以各参数取值范围等为约束条件；利用锦标赛法进行选择操作，采用MATLAB与simulink联合优化的方法求解该带约束的多目标优化问题，获得SMES和SFCL容量帕累托最优解集。本发明可保障不同电网电压跌落深度下固态变压器的低电压穿越运行。

摘要： 本发明公开了一种ZSC‑SMES拓扑结构，包括依次连接的交流侧三相桥电路、Z源阻抗网络和斩波器，所述交流侧三相桥电路的输入端连接于三相电网。本发明还公开了交流侧控制方法及直流侧控制方法。本发明在传统VSC的基础上引入了Z型阻抗网络，可以使VSC中的故障直通状态成为ZSC的正常工作状态，从而解决了直通状态引起故障的情况，基于无源理论设计了变流器交流侧的控制器，通过能量成型和阻尼注入的方法提高了系统的动态响应能力和鲁棒性，改善了变流器的输出电能质量；基于动态演化理论设计了变流器直流侧的控制器，使磁体两端的电压得到了均匀的分布，改善了磁体的运行状态，从而保证了系统的安全运行。

摘要： 本实用新型公开了一种基于SMES的电磁合环环流抑制系统，包括两路连接供电母线的馈线，馈线上均设置有降压变压器，两路馈线之间通过联络线连接，联络线上串联有联络开关，联络开关一侧的联络线上连接有SMES。SMES包括VSC、直流斩波器及储能线圈，VSC由六个IGBT和一个电容组成，这六个IGBT以每路两个IGBT串联的形式形成三路再并联，构成三桥臂的电路结构，其直流侧与电容并联，交流侧连接于联络线；直流斩波器由两个IGBT和两个二极管组成，构成两桥臂结构，与电容并联；储能线圈并联在直流斩波器的两桥臂之间。解决了传统经验法下合环操作造成的线路环流问题，保证合环运行方式下的负载均衡。
