被倒塌建筑物压埋的人,只要神志清醒,身体没有重大创伤,都应该坚定获救的信心,妥善保护好自己,积极实行自救。(1)要尽量用湿毛巾、衣物或其他布料捂住口、鼻和头部,防止灰尘呛闷发生窒息,也可以避免建筑物进一步倒塌造成伤害。(2)尽量活动手、脚,清除脸上的土和压在身体上方的物件。(3)用周围可以挪动的物品支撑身体上方的重物,避免其进一步塌落;扩大活动空间,保持足够的空气。(4)几个人同时被压埋时,要互相鼓励,共同计划,团结配合,必要时采取脱险行动。(5)寻找和开辟通道,设法逃离险境,朝着有亮光、更安全宽敞的地方移动。

以某高架桥爆破拆除工程为例,总结了高架桥爆破拆除塌落引起的地面振动特征,通过与经验公式对比,分析了高架桥爆破拆除塌落触地振动速度衰减规律与经验公式之间的差异,主要结论如下:三条测线地面振动速度峰值中竖向分量最大,两个水平分量较小;测线2和测线3各测点的地面振动速度峰值比测线1略大,说明地面振动存在一定的叠加,并且测点距离高架桥越远叠加越明显;本次高架桥爆破拆除塌落触地振动的主振频率偏低;竖向分量的主振频率最高,径向和切向主振频率较低且相近;在测点距离较小时,地面振动速度实测值小于经验公式计算值,而距离较大时在相反,实测值与距离接近于线性关系;本次爆破拆除方案设计合理,周边建筑物安全。%Based on the measured results,ground vibration velocity characteristics caused by blasting demolition of a viaduct was analyzed and the difference between collapsing touch ground vibration velocity attenuation law of viaduct blasting demolition and empirical formulas was discussed.The main conclusions were that the vertical component peak of ground vibration velocity is the largest,peaks of the two horizontal component are smaller;the peak value of ground vibration velocity of each measured point on line 2 and line 3 is slightly larger than that on line 1;there is a super position of ground vibrations,the superposition becomes more obvious with increase in the distance between the measured point and the viaduct;the main vibration frequencies are lower in this case,the main vibration frequency of the vertical component is the highest at every measured point;when the distance between the measured point and the viaduct is smaller,the measured values of ground vibration velocity are less than the calculated ones with empirical formula,and when the distance is larger the situation is the opposite;the relation between the measured values and distance is close to a linear one;the design scheme of blasting demolition is reasonable and the surrounding buildings are safe.

Accidents related to the cantilevered balcony happened frequently in recent years,most of which could be attributed to the moving down of negative reinforcements,the low concrete strength of cantilevered plates,or the concrete crushing related to insufficient thickness of cantilevered plates. The accidents resulted from other factors is rare. This paper provided an investigation of special accident of cantilevered balcony in detail. The causes of the cantilevered balcony accident were analyzed,and the suggestions to ensure the cantilevered balcony safety of residential buildings were proposed.%民用住宅悬挑阳台事故多源于负弯矩钢筋下移导致的悬挑板倾覆,混凝土强度不足导致的悬挑板断塌,悬挑板厚度不足导致的受压区混凝土碎裂。通过对一例特殊因素导致的悬挑阳台事故进行调查,分析该工程悬挑阳台顶板发生塌落事故的原因,提出保证民用住宅悬挑阳台安全的建议。

Based on measured results,the ground vibration acceleration characteristics caused by blasting demolition collapse of Dunyang viaduct were analyzed.The conclusions were that the peak of ground vibration acceleration decreases with increase in distance;the acceleration peak of vertical component is greater than that of horizontal one,but the difference becomes smaller in the far field;the peak frequency of the ground vibration acceleration measured on line 1 drops exponentially with increase in distance,but the same trend is not found on measuring line 2 and line 3;the peak frequency of tangential component of ground vibration acceleration is the highest on line 1,that on line 2 is higher and that on line 3 is the lowest;the duration of ground vibration acceleration increases with increase in distance,and the duration of its horizontal component is longer than that of its vertical component;vibration reduction measures can reduce the peak value of ground vibration acceleration,and at the same time reduce the peak frequency and lengthen the duration of ground vibration acceleration;the vibration superposition effect of continuous collapse of multiple bridge spans increases the peak value of ground vibration acceleration and reduces the peak frequency,that is adverse to the building security.%利用实测结果分析了桥梁爆破拆除塌落引起的地面振动加速度特征,结论如下:桥梁塌落地面振动加速度峰值随距离增大而降低,竖向分量加速度峰值显著大于水平分量,随距离增大差别变小;测线1的地面振动加速度峰值频率随距离增加呈指数降低趋势,受叠加效应影响,测线2和测线3的地面振动加速度峰值频率随距离的变化规律不明显;测线1的切向振动分量的峰值频率最高,测线2次之,测线3最低;地面振动加速度持时随距离增加而变长,水平分量持时大于竖向分量;减振措施在降低爆破塌落振动峰值的同时也会降低地面振动峰值频率、延长其持时;多个桥联连续塌落产生的叠加效应使得地面振动加速度峰值增加、峰值频率降低,不利于建筑结构安全。

通过J型吊墙鼻区砖塌落事故的处理和讨论,提出日常生产操作时应严格按照作业指导书中的技术规范进行,在熔窑设计时应根据实际使用环境综合考虑熔化部与冷却部的分隔形式,避免人为疏忽对熔窑造成的不可逆损伤.

To analyze the ground vibration caused by blasting demolition of urban overpass, in this paper we introduced the measurement method and then studied the characteristics of re-corded ground vibrations. Through analysis of peak acceleration,peak frequency and duration, the results indicate that,the vertical component of vibration is the most important in the region close to the collapse point;the collapse of bridge segments will lead to superposition of ground vibration,and isolation measures can reduce the peak acceleration but increase the duration of vibration;blasting and collapse vibration cause no damage to the reserved structure which indi-cates that blasting description is a safe and effective method.%为分析城市立交桥爆破拆除时结构构件塌落造成的地面振动的特征,介绍了某城市典型立交桥的爆破拆除中地面振动的测量方法,并基于观测点实测数据对地面振动的加速度峰值、频率和持时进行了分析。分析结果表明:塌落造成的竖向地振动幅值比水平分量大,但是其随着距离增大迅速衰减,因此在距离塌落处较近的区域应该考虑竖向地振动的影响;桥梁结构多次连续塌落会导致出现地面振动的叠加,采取减隔振措施可以降低加速度峰值,同时也会使得加速度的峰值频率降低、持时增加;爆破和塌落振动并未对保留桥梁结构造成损伤,说明爆破拆除是一种安全、高效的拆除方法。

在外径为180 mm的气固分选流化床中用高速动态摄像仪对磁铁矿粉的床层塌落行为进行观察,绘出其塌落曲线,引入塌落速度Uc,床层膨胀率RBE和标准塌落时间TSC 3个参数来表征塌落过程.实验结果表明:磁铁矿粉呈现出类似B类颗粒塌落特征,没有明显的受阻沉降阶段和浓相压缩阶段,并且细颗粒的滞气能力明显好于粗颗粒的滞气能力,为拓宽气固流化床干法选煤加重质的粒度范围提供参考.通过对塌落机制的分析,提出气固流化床床层塌落速度计算模型Uc=(U-Umf)4Hf/(Hf +Hs),其计算值与实际的测量值吻合较好.

许多城市高架桥因满足不了城市发展的要求而需要拆除,同时,高架桥爆破拆除工程中对地铁隧道、地下管线保护是重要的防护内容之一.南京市汉中门高架桥爆破的工程实例中,考虑到对14#墩柱下方地铁隧道的保护,采取微差爆破,由14#墩柱向两侧的墩柱依次爆破使桥体顺序塌落;进而利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对采用顺序爆破的高架桥塌落过程进行了数值模拟,桥体实现了顺序塌落,桥体触地后发生局部破碎,与实际爆破效果相符.有限元法软件能够很好的模拟高架桥爆破拆除的塌落过程,为高架桥等建筑物的爆破拆除工程提供了理论依据和技术支持.
