    • 摘要: BACKGROUND The incidence of toxic diffuse goiter(Graves’disease)is higher in adolescents and preschool-aged children,with an upward trend.The incidence at 6–13 years of age is approximately 11.0%,and the incidences in men and women are 7.8%and 14.3%,respectively.AIM To explore the clinical effect of methimazole combined with selenium in the treatment of toxic diffuse goiter(Graves’disease)in children and its effect on serum anti-thyroglobulin antibody(TRAb)and anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb).METHODS A total of 103 children with Graves’disease treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were divided into a traditional group and a combined group(15-20 mg methimazole orally given to children)and a combined group(50μg selenium added on the basis of traditional treatment)according to different treatment methods to explore the therapeutic effects of the two methods and to observe the changes in thyroid volume and serum TRAb,TPOAb,free thyroxine(FT4)and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment.The time taken for FT4 to return to normal was compared between the two groups.RESULTS Treatment was significantly more effective in the combined group than in the traditional group(P<0.05).The thyroid volumes of the children in the two groups was measured before and after treatment.Thyroid volume decreased significantly after treatment in both groups,and the thyroid volume was significantly lower in the combined group than in the traditional group(P<0.05).The serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-8,TRAb,TPOAb and FT4 in the two groups were detected before and after treatment.The levels of IL-6,IL-8,TRAb,TPOAb and FT4 were significantly lower in the combined group than in the traditional group(P<0.05).Follow-up of the children in the two groups showed that compared with the traditional group,it took less time for children in the combined group to return to the normal level(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Methimazole combined with selenium can effectively treat Graves’disease in children,reduce the expression of TRAb,TPOAb,FT4 and inflammatory factors,and improve the curative effect.Thus,the combined treatment warrants further clinical research.

    • 摘要: 针对使用调试检测、数据加密等技术的网站,解析工具Beautiful Soup难以对网页进行解析爬取数据。本研究基于Python环境,结合JavaScript逆向技术、Beautiful Soup网页解析等网络爬虫技术,利用中间人攻击工具Mitmproxy(man-in-the-middle attack proxy)在本地指定设备端口开启本地代理,拦截并修改网页响应。同时,运用Web自动化工具Selenium来启动浏览器,设置使用代理服务器,连接到本地Mitmproxy代理,访问被修改的响应网页进行网页调试和解析,并对加密数据进行还原,解决网络爬虫中调试检测和数据加密难题,从而爬取数据。

    • 摘要: EAM中的数据来源包括员工录入、自动生成、数据交互等,为确保设备分析、考核指标、维保计划的准确性,设备管理人员必须周期性的开展基础数据规范性检查。由于检查过程具有数据维度多、数据量大、检查项目多、存在异常数据等特点,占用设备管理人员大量的时间。文章基于Python检查EAM系统数据规范性并进行分析研究,阐述了使用Selinium、Pyautogui、Pandas库实现浏览器控制、文件下载与转移、数据导入与清洗、数据分析与输出的方法。

    • 摘要: This study reported the influence of selenium(Se)on carbohydrate composition and some related enzymes and nutrient compositions of arsenic(As)stressed rice plants.Rice plants of cultivar PR126 were grown on soil amended with As in a range of 25-100μmol/kg with and without 0.5 or 1.0 mg/kg Se.Total soluble sugars(TSS)and reducing sugars(RS)increased in leaves of As stressed plants at the tillering and grain filling stages whereas sucrose and starch contents showed the reverse trend.Se supplementation to As stressed plants further increased TSS and RS,and enhanced sucrose phosphate synthase activity in rice leaves,thus improving sucrose content and the tolerance to As stress of the plants.Se alone or in combination with As resulted in lower As accumulation in rice husk and grains,and the highest reduction was observed in Se applied at 1.0 mg/kg compared to the corresponding As treatments alone.As may limit the accumulations of Na,Mg,K,Ca,Fe,Zn and Mn in rice grains,which are essential for humans.Binary application of different combinations of As and Se protected the plants against As and increased the mineral content in rice grains.Addition of Se in As treated soil significantly alleviated As stress by enhancing grain yields compared to the corresponding As treatment.It is concluded that Se induced amelioration of the toxic impact of As in rice either by modulating carbohydrate composition and/or nutrient uptake is one of the mechanisms to alleviate As stress in plants.

    • 摘要: Both tea polyphenols and selenium(Se)have been suggested to exert the health benefits via the regulatory capacities of chronic inflammation,which make Se-enriched oolong tea a promising beverage as an anti-inflammatory diet.The aim of this study is to investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of Se-enriched oolong tea extract(Se-TE)and underlying mechanism in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced RAW264.7 cells.Se-TE treatments(50 and 150μg/m L)significantly suppressed the over-production of nitric oxide(NO)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in LPS-stimulated macrophages via downregulating the expression of nitric oxide synthase(i NOS)and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2).Moreover,Se-TEs also effectively inhibited the productions of inflammatory cytokines,such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-1β(IL-1β).Furthermore,Se-TE could block mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathways through the inhibition of the phosphorylation of key proteins(IκB-α,p65,p38,ERK,and JNK)and the translocation of the p65 subunit into the nucleus.Collectively,our results indicated that Se-TE may have the potential to be used as a novel food ingredient for the development of various anti-inflammatory foods and the treatment and prevention of chronic inflammation-related diseases.

    • 摘要: To illuminate the migration and transformation of selenium(Se)in the igneous rock-soil-rice system,285 pairs of rhizosphere soil and rice samples were collected from the granitoid and basalt areas in Hainan Province,South China.The contents of Se in soils derived from granitoid and basalt are,respectively,0.19±0.12 mg/kg and 0.34±0.39 mg/kg,which are much higher than Se contents in granitoid and basalt.Selenium shows remarkable enrichment from granitoid and basalt to soils.The mobile fraction of Se in soils derived from granitoid is 0.0100±0.0034 mg/kg,which is significantly higher than that of basalt(0.0058±0.0039 mg/kg).Although soil derived from basalt shows higher Se contents,Se contents in rice samples,mobile fractions of Se in soils,and biological concentration factor(BCF)is similar or even lower than that from granitoid.Basalt consist of calcic plagioclase and pyroxene,and are much richer in Fe,Al,and Ca than granitoid.Correspondingly,the basalt-derived soils have higher goethite,hematite,kaolinite,cation exchange capacity(CEC)content,and higher p H than the granitoid-derived soils,which result in higher adsorption capacity for Se and relatively lower Se bioavailability.Soils derived from granitoid and basalt in tropical regions are beneficial to produce Se-rich rice.

    • 摘要: At present,Hepatocarcinoma is one of the main causes of tumor related death all over the world.However,there are still many clinical restrictions on the treatment of liver cancer.Recently,L-Selenocystine has been shown to be a novel treatment for tumors,especially human glioma cells.But,the mechanism of L-Selenocystine against hepatocellular carcinoma remains unclear.Therefore,the main objective of this study was to investigate the effects of L-Selenocystine on HepG2 cell proliferation and activation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)mediated signaling pathway.L-Selenocystine can significantly inhibit HepG2 cell proliferation by activating caspase-3 and cleaving PARP to induce apoptosis.Moreover,the excessive production of ROS and the influence of Bax signaling pathway which can promote cell apoptosis are key factors for L-Selenocystine to induce HepG2 cell apoptosis.Therefore,the date of this study suggest that ROS mediated signal transduction mechanism may provide certain reference significance for L-Selenocystine induced HepG2 cell apoptosis.

    • 摘要: 生鲜农产品小批量、保质期短等特性和拥堵的城市交通对配送效率提出更高的要求。文章针对生鲜农产品配送路径优化问题,以HFZ便民直销店为例,首先利用Selenium工具进行网络爬虫,在百度地图里查找63个便利店和1个配送中心之间的最短路线,然后设计考虑时间窗因素的生鲜农产品配送路径优化模型。最后通过对比分析,表明基于Selenium和遗传算法得出的结果具有显著优势。

    • 摘要: 本文基于Selenium框架绕过网站设置的反爬机制,实现Boss直聘网爬虫工程师岗位的自动化爬取,将爬取后的数据存储到csv文件,之后利用pandas库对岗位数据进行数据分析并将分析结果可视化展示,在《数据爬取》课程中以此为教学案例,可以提升学生的专业和职业认同感,同时为学生未来就业提供了参考。
