    • 摘要: 水平井极大增加了油层泄油面积,具有直井无法比拟的优势。但是,油藏强非均质性给有效布酸带来了巨大挑战。结合中东地区碳酸盐岩油藏的开发现状,系统梳理了水平井酸化所面临的关键技术难点。针对油田不同开发阶段,提出了水平井的靶向酸化技术思路,推导了水平井三维径向酸化数学模型,模拟分析了不同布酸方法对水平新、老井酸化效果的影响。研究表明,针对水平(新)井酸化,基于钻井伤害特征的靶向布酸效果优于均匀布酸、物性布酸和锥台布酸;当达到相同酸化效果下,靶向布酸至少能够节约10%酸量;5口新井采液指数分析表明,靶向布酸能够提高新井酸化投产效果。针对水平(老)井酸化,采用局部酸化能够有效实现均衡水平井产液剖面目的;对于局部低渗层段改造,采用1.5 in.(1 in.=2.54 cm)连续油管进行定点喷射酸化,能够形成深穿透酸蚀蚓孔;7口老井酸化前后对比分析表明,靶向布酸能够大幅提高水平井重复酸化效果。

    • 摘要: 酸化是碳酸盐岩油气藏的主要增产措施之一.当酸液经井筒进入储集层基质和裂缝时,与地层矿物发生酸岩反应,产生形如蚯蚓的不规则孔洞,即酸蚀蚓孔.酸岩反应影响因素多,导致蚓孔形态复杂多样.为突破现有酸蚀蚓孔模拟研究的局限性,梳理了近50年来基质酸化过程中酸蚀蚓孔物理模拟和数值模拟中取得的重要成果,尤其是酸蚀蚓孔形态分布及其生长模拟、三维蚓孔重建技术及精细化表征的最新进展;进一步归纳总结了当前基质酸化中酸蚀蚓孔在研究思路、研究手段等方面的欠缺,提出了关于进一步完善酸蚀蚓孔实验装置、手段、数学模拟和表征方法等方面的建议.%Acidization is one of the main stimulation measurements to increase production of carbonate reservoirs.Once acid is injected into the reservoir matrix and fractures through a wellbore,selective chemical reactions are initiated between mineral rocks and acid,resulting in irregular earthworm-like holes,namely "acid wormholes".Many factors influencing the acid-rock reactions cause the diversity of wormholes.In order to break through the limitations of the existing wormhole modeling,this paper teases out the important achievements of both physical and numerical simulations of acid wormholes during the process of the matrix acidizing in recent decades,and demonstrates the latest progresses on the acid wormhole growth patterns and their shape distributions,3D wormhole reconstruction technique and detailed wormhole characterization;then further summarizes the deficiencies of existing research ideas and methods on wormholes during matrix acidizing;finally presents some suggestions on experimental instruments and methods,mathematical simulation and characterization methods for acid wormholes.

    • 摘要: 四川盆地下寒武统龙王庙组气藏白云岩储层溶蚀孔洞、天然微裂缝均发育,储层较强的非均质性和严重的钻完井液伤害导致均匀布酸困难,特别是对于长井段大斜度井和水平井酸化改造则更加困难.为此,从黏弹性表面活性剂转向酸转向变黏机理和流变行为研究入手,优选转向性能好且二次伤害低的转向酸作为主体酸液,根据流变行为实验结果拟合有效黏度经验模型,耦合双尺度蚓孔扩展模型,建立自转向酸酸化数学模型,模拟长井段大斜度井非均匀伤害下转向酸酸化的pH值、Ca2+浓度、有效黏度和蚓孔形态等,并对比了胶凝酸和5%VES转向酸酸化的蚓孔形态、流量分配和吸酸剖面.结果表明:转向酸可明显地改善强非均质性储层的吸酸剖面,增强对低渗透储层的改造力度.针对该盆地龙王庙组白云岩储层强非均质性和钻完井液伤害复杂性,形成了长井段割缝衬管完成大斜度井和水平井变VES浓度转向酸酸液置放技术,现场应用8井次,累计获井口测试天然气产量1 233.46×1 04m3/d,平均单井增产倍比达到1.95,该技术有力地支撑了对龙王庙组特大型气藏的高效开发.%The Lower Cambrian Longwangmiao dolomite gas reservoirs in the Sichuan Basin are characterized by well-developed natural micro-fractures and dissolved pores and cavities.Due to the strong heterogeneity of reservoirs and the serious damage of drilling and completion fluids,acid placement is difficult,and especially the acidizing stimulation of long-interval highly deviated wells or horizontal wells is more difficult.In this paper,the diverting mechanism and rheological behavior of viscoelastic surfactant (VES) based diverting acid was firstly investigated,and the diverting acid with good diversion performance and low secondary damage was selected as the main acid.Then,based on the experimental results of its rheological behaviors,an empirical model of effective viscosity was fitted and a two-scale wormhole propagation model was coupled.And accordingly,a mathematical model for the acidizing of self-diverting acid was established to simulate the pH value,Ca2+ concentration,effective viscosity and wormhole shape under the effect of diverting acid in long-interval highly deviated wells that are non-uniformly damaged.Finally,gelled acid and 5% VES diverting acid were compared in terms of their etched wormhole shapes,flow rate distribution and acid imbibition profiles.It is shown that the diverting acid can obviously improve the acid imbibition profile of strong-heterogeneity reservoirs to intensify low-permeability reservoir stimulation.In view of the strong heterogeneity of Longwangmiao dolomite reservoirs and the complexities of drilling and completion fluid damage in the Sichuan Basin,a placement technology was developed for variable VES concentration diverting acid in horizontal wells and long-interval highly deviated wells completed with slotted liners.This acid placement technology has been practically applied in 8 wells and their cumulative gas production rate tested at the wellhead is 1 233.46× 104m3/d.The average production stimulation ratio per well is up to 1.95.It provides a support for the efficient development of the Longwangmiao giant gas reservoir.

    • 摘要: 砂岩储层进行基质酸化作业是油气井稳产、增产,注水井增注的重要措施.但是在高温、低渗、敏感性等复杂砂岩油气藏的酸化过程中,常会形成金属氟化物、氟硅酸盐、氟铝酸盐、氢氧化物等沉淀物,甚至会形成二次、三次沉淀,降低油气藏增产后的产能.为此,通过室内实验研究,研制出能螯合金属离子的新型酸液体系,该体系利用有机磷酸及有机含氟酸液多级电离缓慢释放H+,降低溶液中HF分子的浓度,保持较低pH环境,同时具有良好的吸附作用,抑制沉淀产生.经过性能评价测试实验,研究表明,该新型酸液体系对氟化物沉淀的平均抑制能力为71.81%,对氟硅/铝酸盐的平均抑制率为70.51%,对金属氢氧化物沉淀的平均抑制率为78.59%,抑制沉淀的效果突出,比常规土酸体系好.

    • 摘要: 碳酸盐岩基质酸化中,酸蚀蚓孔的出现表明酸化效果是具有较高效率的.然而酸蚀蚓孔的形成和扩展受到众多不确定因素的影响.描述酸蚀蚓孔生长扩展的模型也各有优劣,有待进一步改进以满足实际现场生产.因此研究酸蚀蚓孔的形成扩展和模型对酸化增产效果提高具有重要意义.调研相关最新外文文献,介绍了碳酸盐岩酸蚀蚓孔的形成机理、扩展的影响因素、常用扩展模型的优劣和最近发展的模型,对酸蚀蚓孔形成扩展因素研究重点和模型发展方向提出了建议.

    • 摘要: We studied the wormhole effect on the well productivity which conventional well productivity model of matrix acidizing in carbonate reservoir did not take into consideration. On the basis of the wormhole growth model in radial geometry and the equivalent permeability model,this paper established a new well productivity model considering wormhole. Based on the laboratory experiment data of carbonate core displacement by 15%HCl,we selected the optimal acid injection velocity and the optimal pore volume to breakthrough,and calculated the effective dominant wormhole length and diameter and equivalent permeability in post-stimulation area near wellbore. Then we calculated the well productivity,and compared it with the real productivity,and the result shows that when considering the wormhole,the new model is accurate and reliable. This research presents a new method to predict the well productivity for matrix acidizing in carbonate reservoir.%针对碳酸盐岩基质酸化产能常规计算方法未能考虑酸蚀蚓孔数量和酸蚀蚓孔渗流特性影响这一问题,开展了考虑蚓孔的碳酸盐岩酸化产能的研究,研究中采用了径向蚓孔生长理论模型和蚓孔区等效渗透率模型,建立了考虑蚓孔的碳酸盐岩酸化产能计算新模型。由室内碳酸盐岩岩芯15%盐酸驱替实验结果,优选了最优的注酸速度及蚓孔突破时酸液注入的孔隙体积倍数,计算了有效主蚓孔的长度和直径、蚓孔区等效渗透率和酸化产能,结果表明新模型计算的产能与真实定压求产的产能相当,为碳酸盐岩酸化产能预测提供了一种新的理论方法。
