摘要:
在概述SEAM改性沥青混凝土性能及作用原理的基础上,以某改扩建旅游公路段为例,对SEAM改性沥青混凝土原材料选择及配合比设计进行分析,并对试验段施工工艺要点和施工效果检测等进行探讨。根据分析结果,SEAM改性剂能显著降低改性沥青混合料拌和及压实温度,并能杜绝热拌沥青混合料施工过程中所存在的烟雾废气排放严重、能耗高、碾压施工时间紧张等问题,显著提升沥青混凝土路面的路用性能。

In the robotic welding process with thick steel plates,laser vision sensors are widely used to profile the weld seam to implement automatic seam tracking.The weld seam profile extraction(WSPE)result is a crucial step for identifying the feature points of the extracted profile to guide the welding torch in real time.The visual information processing system may collapse when interference data points in the image survive during the phase of feature point identification,which results in low tracking accuracy and poor welding quality.This paper presents a visual attention featurebased method to extract the weld seam profile(WSP)from the strong arc background using clustering results.First,a binary image is obtained through the preprocessing stage.Second,all data points with a gray value 255 are clustered with the nearest neighborhood clustering algorithm.Third,a strategy is developed to discern one cluster belonging to the WSP from the appointed candidate clusters in each loop,and a scheme is proposed to extract the entire WSP using visual continuity.Compared with the previous methods the proposed method in this paper can extract more useful details of the WSP and has better stability in terms of removing the interference data.Considerable WSPE tests with butt joints and T-joints show the anti-interference ability of the proposed method,which contributes to smoothing the welding process and shows its practical value in robotic automated welding with thick steel plates.

This paper studies the communication problem at the counter-rotating seam of the low-orbit satellite based on the walker constellation. The counter-rotating seam has a short life cycle, low capacity, and dynamic geometric parameters. To better utilize the scarce link resources at the seam, increase network throughput, and approach the physical limits of the link throughput at the seam, an initial phase condition that maximizes the relative rotational joint link throughput is calculated. In the experimental simulation results using the Iridium system as an example, it is shown that better throughput can be obtained under the initial conditions, and the throughput is improved by about 30%.

摘要:
Seam Carving算法在缩放主体区域与背景颜色对比不明显或者视觉主体区域较大的图像时,可能会造成图像视觉主体变形和重要内容缺失的现象.为了改善Seam Carving算法的不足,采用图像梯度图和显著图结合的方法来改进图像的梯度能量图.实验表明,这种方法在缩放图像时比Seam Carving算法更能很好地保持图像重要内容,整体视觉效果较好,图像像素的平均能量值更大,图像缩放质量更好.

摘要:
This paper presents a dynamic detection method of medium and low speed maglev F-track seam based on machine vision detection technology. A Kalman filter light bar center extraction algorithm based on ridge line prediction is proposed for the bar image of F-track seam detection. And a threshold segmentation feature point extraction method is proposed for the center of the light bar. The static and dynamic precision of detection system are verified by the stability test, static and dynamic precision test. The static detection accuracy of end of F-track seam is less than 0.5mm and dynamic detection accuracy is less than 0.8mm. Then the static precision is less than 0.2mm the dynamic accuracy is less than 0.5mm about the horizontal F-track seam. And the static precision is less than 0.2mm, and the dynamic accuracy is less than 0.5mm about the vertical F-track seam. The detection accuracy of the system meets the requirements of F-track seam precision.

通过对AC-20 HMA和SEAM WMA加速老化试验,研究SEAM WMA的耐老化性能,试验结果表明:①经过短期老化和长期老化后,SEAM WMA的破坏应变较未老化的分别下降11.4%、15.1%,TSR值较未老化的下降3.8%、6.0%,下降幅度明显低于AC-20 HMA;②两种混合料的弯曲破坏应变以及TSR值在整个老化过程中的短期老化阶段下降明显;③相对于AC-20 HMA,SEAM温拌添加剂独特的作用机理改善了混合料的使用性能,同时SEAM WMA本身偏低的沥青用量,进一步减少了沥青混合料的老化;④整体来讲,SEAM WMA耐老化性能更强.
