摘要:
To make full use of existing knowledges on clamp arm design,a method combined knowledge reuse and parametric design was put forward to realize the rapid design.The characteristics of clamp arms structure and design knowledge were analyzed,and the knowledge was classified and re-presented.The factual and procedural knowledges were applied to the standard models utilizing the knowledge engineering and parametric design,and the mesh information was represented through the instances.Through the CBR,the most matching instances were searched out according to the attribute similarity between the new instance and original instances,as well as the guidance factor of history de-sign.Finally,a case study was demonstrated to show the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.%为充分利用已有设计知识实现钳臂的快速设计,提出了一种将知识重用与参数化设计相结合的方法。分析了钳臂的结构和设计知识特点,并对知识进行了分类、表示。利用知识工程和参数化设计将事实性、过程性知识应用到标准模型中,用实例表示网格划分信息知识。在知识重用方面,采用基于实例的推理技术,并结合钳臂实例的属性相似度及历史设计的指导因子,检索与当前设计要求最匹配的实例。最后,通过实例验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。

为提高装备维护水平,立足于某型潜用火控雷达,着眼于海军装备故障诊断现状,设计了一种基于多Agent的智能故障诊断系统总体结构,诊断系统能根据设备的结构变化进行动态调整,通过知识库和诊断推理机的分离、诊断Agent的动态生成和管理等技术,使该智能故障诊断系统能方便地应用到其它装备.以BDI结构模型为基础,从基于实例的推理(CBR)、产生式诊断系统和神经网络诊断系统三个方面实现了诊断Agent的诊断功能,可最终将故障定位到可更换的元器件.

为开发环境友好型绿色产品,提高绿色产品的创新效率,提出了基于TRIZ和实例推理原理的产品绿色创新设计方法。以本体论为基础,给出了绿色产品设计实例的表达机制,构建了绿色产品设计实例的本体库,实现了产品绿色创新设计案例知识的检索、重用和修正。建立了绿色设计属性与TRIZ冲突矩阵48个工程参数之间的关联表,实现了绿色设计属性向TRIZ工程参数的快速转化。建立了基于TRIZ和实例推理原理相结合的产品绿色创新设计支持平台,并以洗碗机底板的创新设计为例讨论了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。%To assist designers to develop green products with better environment-friendly performance,and improve the efficiency of the green product innovation,a product green innovation design method was proposed based on TRIZ and CBR principles.The case representation mechanism of green products was proposed based on ontology,and the ontology database of green products' design cases was constructed,which realized the retrieve,reuse and revise for innovation knowledge of product green design case.To achieve the rapid transformation from green design attributes to TRIZ engineering parameters by building the associated table between TRIZ engineering parameters and green design.Finally,a green innovation design support platform for products was developed based on TRIZ and CBR,and the correctness and feasibility of this method were illustrated in a bottom part design of dishwasher.

The case base maintenance is the core of case-based reasoning (CBR). There are still some shortages in current related researches. In this paper, for mechanical product design, a case base maintenance method based on fuzzy-rough set is put forward. Firstly, the case feature weight calculation, case base family partition, case feature reduction of product design cases are discussed. Secondly, the concepts of coverage and reach-ability are introduced to filter typical cases in the case base. Finally, a case base maintenance system for construction machines is developed, and an example is given to show the system's effect.%实例库维护是基于实例的推理方法中的一项核心工作,目前国内外关于实例库维护方法的研究还存在一些不足.针对机械产品设计实例的特点,提出一种基于模糊粗糙集理论的实例库维护方法.首先定义了产品设计实例特征权重计算、实例库族集的划分以及实例属性的约简方法;在此基础上,引入覆盖度和可触及方法对典型实例进行筛简.最后开发了面向工程机械设计的实例库维护系统,并给出了具体应用效果.

过程资产库的建立和基于过程资产的项目过程定义是一个组织的软件能力成熟度达到已定义级的关键标志,传统的过程资产库中存储的过程往往是通过文字描述和使用者判断其适用性,用于项目过程的建立。本文提出了一种基于实例推理(CBR)的过程知识复用方法,通过过程特征的刻画和实例相似度计算,实现过程实例的提取和复用。实践证明,该方法有助于提高过程知识复用的准确度和自动化程度,为软件过程改进中的过程建立提供有效手段。%Construction of the process assets library and definition of the project process based on the process assets are key activities for one organization to improve its software capabilities to the defined level.Traditionally the processes stored in the process assets library are described by nature languages and the suitability is judged by the users for the definition of the project processes.In this paper,a case-based reasoning method for the reuse of software process knowledge was proposed,where the retrieval of the process cases and the reuse are implemented by characterization of the process and the calculation of the similarity of the process cases.Practices show that the method is helpful for improving the accurateness and automation of the process knowledge reuse,therefore effectively facilitate the process construction during the software process improvement.

针对大型复杂产品方案设计过程中存在的灰色信息,进行基元建模并引入灰色系统理论和层次分析法,提出了基于基元的大型复杂产品方案设计多层次灰色关联配置模型.该模型在对设计系统进行层次划分与基元建模的基础上,综合考虑了相关设计因素交叉耦合后对产品设计方案的影响,基于实例的推理实现设计知识重用,并在此基础上实现设计方案的配置.最后,通过大型水轮机方案设计实例验证了方法和模型的有效性和可操作性.

通过研究确定装配顺序的方法,以装配零部件构成和确定的装配顺序为输入,采用装配功能树到装配过程机制树映射的方法实现装配过程设计.在此基础上提出从功能需求、行为模型和过程机制模型3个层次对装配实例进行描述的方法和装配过程实例相似性系数的计算方法.实例运行结果验证了该方法的有效性.%By studying determination method for optimal assembly sequence, and using assembly part lists and optimal assembly sequence as input of the assembly process design system, this paper realizes the detailed assembly process design through mapping from the assembly function tree to assembly process mechanism tree. A method that describes assembly case through functional requirement, behavioral model and process mechanism model is proposed, and process similarity factor is presented to select the most similar case. An application example is provided to prove the effectiveness of the method.

Due to the complicated, multi-level, multi-attribute and creative process of product structure configuration of complex product scheme design, reasonable organization and reuse of design knowledge were guaranteed for improving product design efficiency. Based on multi-level case decomposition, multi-level case-based reasoning and reuse of scheme design knowledge were studied, a formal expression model of hierarchical association and conductivity reasoning for complex product scheme design was presented, conductivity effect function of multi-level reasoning process was established. And then, multi-level case-based reasoning algorithm was put forward and implementation process of initial design scheme was provided. Finally, an example was used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and algorithm.%大型复杂产品方案设计结构配置过程具有复杂性、多层次、多属性和创造性的特点,对设计知识的合理组织和重用是提高产品设计效率的有效保障.在多级设计分解的基础上,研究了大型复杂产品方案设计多级实例推理与重用技术,提出了多级实例推理关联传导过程的形式化表达模型,建立了多级推理过程的传导效应函数,给出了多级实例推理算法和基于多级实例推理初始方案的实现过程.通过实例验证了所提模型与算法的有效性和可操作性.

针对机械产品设计弱理论、强经验的特点,提出了一种以实例推理为主、知识库为辅的智能设计方法,论述了基于实例推理技术的机械产品智能设计方法的内涵与体系结构,重点研究了基于实例推理的实例库构建、知识库构建、工程图自动调整技术.采用该智能设计方法,依托三维软件SolidWorks2007,结合VB6.0开发出了堆垛机智能设计系统,实现了堆垛机系列产品的智能、快速设计.
