摘要:
比较鲜地黄花不同部位梓醇,毛蕊花糖苷,地黄苷D及益母草苷含量,为地黄花的药用及食用提供一定参考.采用HPLC法测定,Waters-Symmetry ShieldTM RP18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),梓醇:流动相乙腈-水(1:99),流速1 mL/min,检测波长210 nm,柱温30°C,进样10μL.毛蕊花糖苷:流动相乙腈-0.1%醋酸溶液(18:82),流速1 mL/min,检测波长334 nm,柱温30°C,进样20μL.地黄苷D、益母草苷:SunFireTM C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水(3:97)为流动相;流速1 mL/min;柱温30°C;检测波长203 nm;进样20μL.梓醇含量:花瓣>花梗>花托,最高为9.52%;毛蕊花糖苷含量:花瓣>花托>花梗,最高为0.53%;地黄苷D含量:花瓣>花梗>花托,最高为0.09%;益母草苷含量:花托>花梗>花瓣,最高为0.19%.地黄花中不同部位其有效成分含量存在显著差异.%Compared the contents of catalpol, verbascoside , rehmaionoside D and leonuride in rehmanniae flowers, for the flower's medicinal and edible aspects provide certain reference.Contents of catalpol,verbasco-side ,rehmaionoside D and leonuride were determined by HPLC,Waters-Symmetry ShieldTM RP18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5μm), catalpol:a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (1:99 ) was used,flow rate was 1 mL/min,column temperature was set at 30°C,a UV detector was applied with wavelength of 210 nm,sample volume10μL.Verbascoside:a mobile phase of acetonitrile- 0.1 % acetic acid solution (18 : 82) as mobile phase,flow rate was 1 mL/min,column temperature was set at 30°C,a UV detector was applied with wavelength of 334 nm, sample volume 20μL. The content of catalpol content:petals>pedicel>receptacle, as high as 9.52%;verbascoside content:petals>receptacle>peduncle, up to 0.53%;rehmaionoside D levels:petals>pedicel>receptacle, as high as 0.09%; leonuride content: receptacle > pedicel > petals, as high as 0.19 %. There are significant differences among different parts of the active ingredient content of rehmanniae flowers.
