摘要:
Quantum dot cellular automata(QCA)is promising nanotechnology due to the three main advantages:faster speed,nanoscale size,and ultrasmall power consumption.This paper proposed a simple data path selector cum router as the‘multiplexerchannel-demultiplexer’unit using QCA,an unavoidable building block of nano communication.A Simple 2×2 block and the extended 4×4 block of data path selectors have been proposed in this article.The layouts of the proposed designs have been verified in QCADesigner,and the energy dissipation has been evaluated using two tools,QCAPro and QCQDesigner-E(QDE).The suggested designs reached a significant improvement in cell complexity(cell count)and covered area over the existing designs.In precise,the proposed 2×2(4×4)block shows 86%(63%)lower cell complexity and 87%(37%)smaller area than the prior reported similar designs.In addition,the currently reported 2×2(4×4)unit has 86%(60%)lower QDE based energy dissipation compared with prior reported designs.

Based on the characteristics of wireless communication technology and Wireless Sensor Network, this paper studies the well site environmental monitoring system. The relevant hardware and software of the system are designed to monitor the well site environment, thus preventing downhole accidents. The system uses the wireless ZigBee technology as the transmission mode, and combines the virtual instrument technology to design the upper machine interface. The test results show that the system can monitor the outdoor environment in real time. When the environmental parameters exceed the set value, the corresponding location of the LabVIEW interface will send an alarm.

Energy and environmental problems are among the important factors restricting economic development. The development of green energy is an important measure to deal with energy and environmental problems, such as wind energy and photovoltaic. Energy Internet is an important mean to promote the transformation of the energy structure, improve energy efficiency and reduce pollution. In introduction, the energy Internet is put forward. Then the architecture and characteristics of energy Internet, such as integration, openness, intelligence and marketization of energy Internet are analyzed. Next, key technologies such as energy router, virtual power plant and network security technology are discussed. Finally, a few suggestions for the development of energy Internet are proposed, and hoped to promote the development of energy Internet.

Network virtualization is a promising way for network innovation. Efforts have been made to develop virtual network platforms for both network researches and business applications. In this paper, we aim to provide a new solution to address the shortcomings of existing solutions. We propose MAVIN- a MAC address coding based virtual network platform. MAVIN avoids changing the nodes of the current Internet, and can provide high performance virtual networks with user-specified network protocols and link performance parameters. Comparing to existing network virtualization schemes, MAVIN can achieve layer-2 virtualization which has no extra forwarding overhead. We implement the virtual router prototype of MAVIN and establish a real MAVIN platform to evaluate its performance. Evaluation results show that MAVIN can support high performance virtual networks with excellent scalability.

The NoC consists of processing element (PE), network interface (NI) and router. This paper proposes a hybrid scheme for Netwok of Chip (NoC), which aims at obtaining low latency and low power consumption by concerning wired and wireless links between routers. The main objective of this paper is to reduce the latency and power consumption of the network on chip architecture using wireless link between routers. In this paper, the power consumption is reduced by designing a low power router and latency is reduced by implementing a on-chip wireless communication as express links for transferring data from one subnet routers to another subnet routers. The average packet latency and normalized power consumption of proposed hybrid NoC router are analyzed for synthetic traffic loads as shuffle traffic, bitcomp traffic, transpose traffic and bitrev traffic. The proposed hybrid NoC router reduces the normalized power over the wired NoC by 12.18% in consumer traffic, 12.80% in AutoIndust traffic and 12.5% in MPEG2 traffic. The performance is also analyzed with real time traffic environments using Network simulator 2 tool.
