In this paper, a policy iteration-based Q-learning algorithm is proposed to solve infinite horizon linear nonzero-sum quadratic differential games with completely unknown dynamics. The Q-learning algorithm, which employs off-policy reinforcement learning(RL), can learn the Nash equilibrium and the corresponding value functions online, using the data sets generated by behavior policies. First, we prove equivalence between the proposed off-policy Q-learning algorithm and an offline PI algorithm by selecting specific initially admissible polices that can be learned online. Then, the convergence of the off-policy Qlearning algorithm is proved under a mild rank condition that can be easily met by injecting appropriate probing noises into behavior policies. The generated data sets can be repeatedly used during the learning process, which is computationally effective. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed Q-learning algorithm.

摘要:
The model of lumped element circuit ignores the finite time of signals to propagate around a circuit. However, using modern oscilloscope, the time of nanoseconds in a circuit can be measured. Then the speed of alternating electricity can be obtained in a RL circuit. A typical RL circuit is formed by a power source, wire, resistance and inductance. The basic formula is: U(t)=I(t)R+LdI(t)/dt. It can be derived from the Ohm’s law and Kirchhoff laws. Based on our experimental results, this paper has discussed the new explanation of this equation in a RL circuit. As a result, the speed of alternating electricity is greater than light in a special RL circuit. The model of lumped element circuit can be improved when considering the finite time of signals.

The novel approach of this paper describes the suppression of grating lobe level with the element count optimization in planar antenna array. Rectangular lattice (RL) and triangular lattice (TL) structures are chosen for determining the achievable array element patterns (EP) and further suppressing the grating lobe level. The element spacing and number of elements (10 × 20 array) are taken into account for particular lattice. Grating lobe peaks are observed for the 200-element planar array at maximum scan angle (θ) with the set frequency of 3 GHz. Further, it is found that 14°;bore sight elevation of rectangular lattice produces a transformed field of view, which permits a reduction in element count of 20.39% compared with 10° bore sight elevation. Finally, the typical values of elevation, element count and array size (25 cm2) are trained using artificial neural network (ANN) algorithm and element count is predicted after testing the network. The network shows a high success rate.

针对PLC(Planar Lightwave Circuit平面波导)光分路器的参数测试,设计了一个快速测量该器件各项指标的测试系统,可测量的指标有插入损耗(IL)、回波损耗(RL)和偏振相关损耗(PDL).辅以管理软件,可实现PLC光分路器的半自动测试,各项测试数据可形成报表储存和打印.

研究了壳聚糖(CS)对活性黑 RL 的吸附性能.在吸附温度为 298 K、CS 相对分子质量为 1.75×105、CS加入量为 102 mg/L 的条件下,CS 对活性黑 RL 的吸附量为 146.23 mg/g.该吸附过程符合拟二级动力学吸附模型;吸附平衡数据可用 Freundlich 方程进行关联.CS 对活性黑 RL 的吸附过程中,温度对吸附速率的影响符合Arrhenius 方程,吸附活化能为 70.4 kJ/mol,表明 CS 对活性黑 RL 的吸附主要是化学吸附.%The adsorption capability of chitosan( CS ) to reactive black RL was investigated. Under the conditions of adsorption temperature 298 K, CS relative molecular weight 1. 75 × 105 and CS dosage 102 mg/L , the adsorption capacity of CS to reactive black RL is 146. 23 mg/g. The adsorption process accords with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the adsorption equilibrium data accord with Freundlich equation. The effect of temperature on adsorption rate accords with Arrhenius equation, and the activation energy of adsorption is 70. 4 kJ/mol. It indicates that the adsorption of reactive black RL on CS is a chemical process primarily.
