摘要： The Computer Network course is widely offered in colleges and universities.This course is both theoretical and practical.It organically combines theory and practice in order to achieve the goal of teaching.The main objective of the course is to train students to have various skills,including those of enterprise scale network construction,network management,and network maintenance.Influenced by traditional teaching for a long time,the existing teaching of the course in colleges and universities urgently needs reform;otherwise,it will not be able to meet the social demand for talents in the new era.This paper focuses on the practical problems of the Computer Network teaching reform and proposes some efiective reform suggestions,hoping to engender an efficient link among the Computer Network course teaching,talent training,and the social needs in colleges and universities.

摘要： Objective To analyze the impact of the first batch of centralized drug procurement on foreign pharmaceutical enterprises since the national centralized drug procurement policy has brought great impact on pharmaceutical market,and put forward some suggestions on their marketing transformation in China.Methods Firstly,the documents of the drug centralized procurement were studied,and then the sales figures before and after the implementation of the policy were retrieved from MiNET.At the same time,the relevant business adjustment information of foreign pharmaceutical enterprises was collected for analysis.Results and Conclusion The sales of related products of foreign pharmaceutical enterprises have dropped sharply,so they have stripped off these products and reduced their staff.It is suggested that foreign pharmaceutical enterprises should adjust the structure of sales team,strengthen the layout of the market in the county,and accelerate the introduction of innovative drugs to cope with centralized drug procurement.

摘要： This white paper discusses the Ecuadorian healthcare system specifically the lack of proper anesthesia and post-operative pain medication and touches base with centralized hospitals. This paper articulates the specific problems inhibiting the usage of these proper medications, specifically looking at a hospital in Quito, Ecuador. Present day tribal situations are also discussed as they are a significant part of the population that is affected by the shortages of pain medication and anesthesia. Solutions are presented to solve the problems the country faces and how it is relevant today.

摘要： China began to implement the charging policy for postgraduate students in 2014.Various universities at all levels have formulated a scholarship and stipend system for postgraduate students,which is in line with the needs of schools in talent training along with the spirit of relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the actual situation of the schools.This study investigates and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the postgraduate funding by Wuhan University of Science and Technology.This article then provides advice for the reform of the scholarship and stipend system from improving the precision funding system,to increasing funding,to expanding the scope of postgraduate funding,and standardizing the treatment of deferred postgraduate students in hope that it would provide a basis for the funding system and provide guarantee for postgraduate students to complete their studies successfully.

摘要： The basic course of Zhuangyi is a part of the undergraduate course which teaching content covers the basic theory of Zhuangyi,diagnosis of Zhuangyi,basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine,anatomy of Western medicine and pathology.Whether we can lay a solid foundation for the professional knowledge of Zhuangyi is related to the ability of students to enter clinical posts.This paper explores the teaching method reform of basic courses of Zhuangyi,in order to cultivate high-level talents more suitable for the current social requirements.

摘要： The goal of the education system is to educate adults who are physically,mentally,and spiritually healthy,are competitive in the labour market and thrive in society.According to a 2007 study by the Global Management Consulting Firm McKinsey,the effectiveness of the education system,i.e.,the successful achievement of the above goals,depends on three factors:(a)the talent of teachers,i.e.,the ability of the education system to attract the most dedicated and competent young people to the teaching profession;(b)the methodological preparedness of teachers;and(c)whether the education system is able to reduce the disadvantages resulting from the economic and social disparities of families.Of the above three conditions,which are the most important task of the Hungarian government’s education policy to provide,the first two are related to teacher education and training,which makes the Hungarian teacher education system a key strategic area.The aim of the paper is to present the circumstances that create a need to reform the Hungarian teacher education and training,which are the European good examples that help to transform it.In the paper,we summarize our proposals that may or have helped to implement the reform of Hungarian teacher education.
