摘要:
Automated attendance management system will reduce complexity by eliminating plenty of manual processes involved in attendance system and calculating hours attended. This paper presents a simple technique of taking student attendance in the form of an Internet of Things (IoT) based system that records the attendance using fingerprint-based system and stores them securely in a database. We use NodeMCUV3, RFID Module and Fingerprint sensor module in our system. The fingerprint module is responsible for authentication of the students. RFID Module is used to scan the RFID tag and sends data to the central server. By using this information, the system will generate an attendance report which can be accessed for further use.

To investigate the secretion of protoporphyrin IX (PpIX), superficial eggshell pigment, from shell gland cells of Japanese quail, the epithelial cells of the gland were collected and isolated for cultivation in vitro. An analysis of a peak for PpIX in the cells was performed using a fluorescence microplate reader. The measurement showed that PpIX has a peak of excitation wavelength at 410 nm and emission wavelength at 606 nm in the culture medium (HamF12 + 4% HCl). Volumes of PpIX in the medium after 4 hour culture of the cells were measured with a microplate reader using filter set of excitation wavelength 400/30nm and emission wavelength 620/40nm. However the cells did not secrete significantly PpIX during 4 hour incubation in this culture system, addition of quail plasma to the medium resulted in significantly higher secretion. A cultivation system in this study is able to use for the study on the mechanism of the secretion of eggshell pigment, PpIX from Japanese quail shell gland epithelial cells.

One of the most important goals followed in most systems is to increase efficiency, reduce errors and enhance ease of data entry tasks such as better services in organizations. Therefore, the use of intelligent tools is of the most important requirements for a management system in order to collect complete and accurate data and create complete information. In management, use of new technologies is recommended to have smart systems and reduce human errors. This study aimed to investigate “professors and students attendance system using RFID” and research population consists of professors and students. Findings show that, as attendance checking system in universities and schools is done through the class list and checking attendance of students needs to spend time and energy so it leads to a waste of valuable time and energy of professors to teach. Therefore, it is essential to use efficient and modern systems, because with the design and implementation of RFID attendance system and replacing the traditional system, time and energy waste could be avoided and attendance system could be promoted to an intelligent and integrated one. The designed system includes a number of hours of presence and absence, delays and rush to pay the salaries of professors at the University with its automatic identification through radio frequency. This system aims to create changes in this area and it is economic in whole.

摘要:
目的:探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)在免疫荧光分析仪(i-CHROMA Reader)与德灵BNP特定蛋白仪检测定量结果的可比性。方法:先用德灵BNP特定蛋白仪测定40份C反应蛋白作为对照,然后用免疫荧光分析仪再次定量测定这40份样本,测得结果与之比较。结果:不同浓度的40份C反应蛋白(0.05,说明两仪器的相关性好,结果无明显差异。结论:C ;反应蛋白在免疫荧光分析仪与德灵BNP特定蛋白仪定量结果的比较,相关性好。C反应蛋白用免疫荧光分析仪(i-CHROMA Reader)测定是临床值得推广应用的快速定量CRP的方法。

Time estimation is the ability to judge the duration or apprehend the passage of time by the order of occurrence of experience or by physiological rhythm (Fraisse, 1984). It plays quite a significant role in language disorder especially developmental dyslexia. It is characterized by deficits in phonological processing abilities. However, it is unclear what the underlying factors for poor phonological abilities or speech sound representations are. The deficit in phonological processes has been for the processing of paired tones or temporal sequences different when relatively short time intervals are used in individuals with dyslexia compared to typical readers. This paper presents the results of a study that was undertaken to determine the effects of method of time judgment, and paradigm on dyslexic and atypical readers. An experiment was conducted using 115 children (age: M = 12.23 years, SD = 1.30), 51 dyslexics and 64 typical readers. The data were obtained through the method of verbal estimation and reproduction. Analysis of variance was used to analyse the data. Time judgments data were analyzed using directional error. For directional error, all the main effects and few interactions were significant. Children with dyslexia showed more errors in time estimation (M = 0.59, SD = 0.52) as compared to typical readers (M = 0.83, SD = 0.74). Estimation of duration under the prospective paradigm was more accurate than under the retrospective paradigm for both dyslexics and typical readers. However, dyslexics were more error prone as compared to typical readers. Time judgment was accurate under verbal time estimation as compared to reproduction method.
