    • 摘要: 目的:通过组合无创探头检测仪器及图像分析系统全方位评估一款美白精华液的功效性.方法:选取年龄在18~50岁的健康成年志愿者30例,采用半脸测试法,受试者连续使用含美白活性成分的精华液12周,分别在使用前、使用后1周、4周、8周和12周,利用CK-Skincolor仪器测定颜面部皮肤的L*,Maxmeter MX18反射光谱仪测量相同位置皮肤的黑色素指数,GLossymeter测定皮肤的光泽度,Conermeter测定皮肤的水分含量.通过VISIA-CR采集受试者不同时期不同光源下的面部图形,利用IPP软件分析受试者面部不同测试时间点同一个感兴趣的测量区域(AOI)皮肤光泽度、白度值L*和可见色斑面积.结果:使用该美白活性成分的精华液12周能够提高受试者面部的水分含量(MMP)33.29%,降低黑色素含量10.96%,提升面部皮肤亮度L*值1.05%,提升皮肤亮度13.53%,减少色斑面积受试者有效比为63.00%.结论:该美白精华液有美白淡斑的效果,同时组合使用无创性皮肤检测仪可以客观反映皮肤颜色、色素含量、光泽度、水分含量的变化,利用IPP软件分析图像,可行可视化效果评估,该方法适用于美白类产品的临床功效评估.

    • 摘要: Objective To explore the auxiliary diagnostic role of the automatic DNA-ICM for abdominal and pelvic lavage cytology. Method The remaining samples of liquid-based cytology after diagnosis by cytology were collected consecutively and were detected by DNA-ICM. The histopathologic and cell morphology results were acted as a gold standard to assess the value of clinical application of DNA-ICM. Result Of 83 cases of specimens, 72 cases showed satisfactory DNA-ICM scan results and were included in the study. The pathologic results displayed that 16 cases were diagnosed as malignant tumor. Of these 16 cases, 12 were diagnosed as malignant tumor by the cytology and only 5 were malignant by DNA-ICM. In 5 malignant cases diagnosed by the DNA-ICM, 3 cases also were diagnosed malignant and the other 2 cases were negative by cytology. There were four cases were classified as malignant tumor by DNA-ICM, but had no malignant pathologic evidence. They included two malignant tumors without peritoneal metastases and one borderline tumor;another case had a history of carcinoma and had no tumor in this time of oper-ation. The sensitivity of cytology and DNA-ICM were 75%(12/16)and 31. 3%(5/16). For benign tumor or le-sions confirmed by histopathology, no abnormality was found by cytology and DNA-ICM. Conclusion The sensitivity of DNA-ICM has not high enough in the diagnostic of lavage, it cannot Substitute cytology diagnosis, But it has a certain auxiliary diagnostic value for lavage cytology.%目的探讨全自动DNA鄄ICM对腹盆腔冲洗液细胞学的辅助诊断作用。方法连续收集腹盆腔术中冲洗液细胞学光镜诊断后剩余标本进行DNA鄄ICM检测,以术后病理结合光镜下细胞形态诊断作为金标准,评价DNA鄄ICM的临床应用价值。结果83例标本中72例DNA鄄ICM制片扫描结果满意纳入研究。术后证实恶性冲洗液16例,其中细胞学阳性12例,DNA鄄ICM阳性5例,细胞学和DNA鄄ICM共同诊断3例,2例为细胞学阴性但DNA鄄ICM阳性。在病理未证实恶性的冲洗液中,DNA鄄ICM检测阳性4例,其中2例术后病理证实有恶性肿瘤但无腹腔转移,1例有癌手术史,但本次术后病理未见癌,1例为交界性肿瘤。细胞学和DNA鄄ICM检测的敏感性分别为75%(12/16)和31.3%(5/16)。术后病理良性肿瘤或病变中细胞学和DNA倍体分析均未见阳性。结论冲洗液中DNA鄄ICM检测的敏感性不高,不能取代细胞学,但对细胞学诊断有一定的辅助作用。

    • 摘要: 目的研究Epson水性油墨与UV油墨对线条印刷质量的影响。方法采用Epson水性油墨打印机和UV喷墨打印机在相同分辨率设置和相同纸张表面分别打印2种油墨的测试标版,运用PIAS?-II图像分析系统,对各个打印样张垂直方向阳线进行测量,保存测量数据。结果由Epson水性油墨打印获得的印刷线条宽度均匀、光滑清晰,而UV油墨打印获得的印刷线条宽度波动较大、粗糙模糊。结论对于精细的文字线条印刷品来讲,Epson水性油墨具有良好的表现能力,可以满足较高的质量要求。

    • 摘要: Objective:To research the DNA distribution area change in the nuclei through the determination of oral ulcer mucous membrane epithelial cells.Method:Epithelial cells in oral ulcer were took with a small brush under surface anesthesia of tetracaine,after being fixed,smear were made centrifugal 1 ~2 pieces of glass,then Feulgeu stained,DNA ploidy were measured,the oral ulcer lesions which had the DNA distribution area change were made a biopsy histopathologic examination.Result:The research showed that 12 cases in 46 cases after oral heteroploid cell quantitative determination found 5 c (7 %±2.6 %) 7 c (11%±4.3 %) and 9 c (16 %±5 %).High DNA distribution area in the nuclei were significantly increased compared with 2 c cells (2 %±1.2 %) (t-paired comparison,P < 0.05).12 cases were confirmed by pathology that 7 cases were moderately abnormal hyperplasia,4 cases were abnormal hyperplasia and 1 case was invasive cancer.Conclusion:The cases of severe atypical hyperplasia and invasive cancer in oral cavity ulcer lesions have the expression of abnormal DNA ploidy and high DNA area increased in nuclear.%目的:通过测定口腔溃疡黏膜上皮细胞,研究细胞核内DNA分布区的改变.方法:在丁卡因表麻下用小毛刷刷取口腔溃疡处上皮细胞,经固定后,制成1~2张玻片,行Feulgen染色做DNA倍体测定,将出现DNA分布区变化病例的溃疡组织活检行病理组织检查.结果:46例病例中有12例在口腔异倍体细胞定量测定后发现5c(7%±2.6%)、7c (11%±4.3%)和9c(16%±5%)细胞核内高DNA分布区明显较2c细胞(2%±1.2%)增多(t-配对比较,P<0.05).12例病例病理证实7例中度异常增生、4例异常增生、1例浸润癌.结论:口腔溃疡病变组织中、重度不典型增生和浸润癌的病例可出现DNA倍体异常并伴有核内高DNA分布区增大.

    • 摘要: 目的 用新型取痰方式、液基薄层制片、DNA倍体分析系统提高肺癌痰细胞学检查的敏感性.方法 46例CT怀疑肺癌病例的痰液标本进行传统涂片和液基薄层制片,做常规细胞学检查,比较两种制片方法的敏感性.另76例肺癌术前患者穿咳痰背心取痰,做3~4张液基薄层玻片,1~2张玻片作巴氏染色行常规细胞学检查.另1~2张玻片Feulgen染色做DNA倍体图像分析.结果 液基薄层制片常规细胞学检查可以提高肺癌痰细胞学检查18%的阳性率;DNA图像分析系统比常规细胞学检查可增加24%肺癌阳性敏感性;与直接咳痰相比,穿咳痰背心诱导咳痰、液基薄层制片、DNA定量检测可以提高19%的肺癌阳性检出率.结论 应用咳痰背心诱导咳痰、液基薄层制片、DNA倍体分析系统可以提高肺癌痰细胞阳性检出率.

    • 摘要: We conducted analysis system. Meanwhile exploration of the function and we described the method of static using steps of medical image image analysis, dynamic image analysis and real time image analysis. Discussion on the quality control methods of OLYMPUS fluorescent medical image analysis system. The requirements of tissue sections, slides and specimens was proposed in the process of using image analysis system. Then pay attention to the image for image storage format, and save images in TIFF format. Using the same stained sections and capture images under the same brightness light source when analysis of images to ensure the comparability of gray value. Take the measurement information into electronic datatable to data analysis, statistics and graphics. Output image analysis using mode of statistics, histogram and curve.%通过对医学图像分析系统的主要功能及医学图像分析的一般工作步骤的阐述,说明静态图像分析、动态图像分析及实时图像分析的方法。OLYMPUS荧光图像分析系统的质量控制方法在于医学图像分析系统使用过程中样品制备时对绀织切片、裁玻片、标本的质最要求。同时,在获取图像时应注意图像的存储格式,用TIFF格式保存图像;分析图像时,为了保证灰度值的可比性,应尽量使用同一批染色的切片,并在同一亮度光源下摄取图像。将分析测量信息存入电子资料表中,进行资料分析、统计及绘图。采用统计、商方图、曲线等输出方式,输出图像分析结果。
