摘要:
目的 分析动脉粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄用彩色多普勒超声诊断效果及对PSV(肾动脉峰值流速)、RAR(腹主动脉峰值流速)检测参数的影响.方法 在本院2018年8月~2019年11月抽取符合本次研究的60例动脉粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄患者开展此次研究,回顾临床资料,所有患者均采用彩色多普勒超声检查诊断,观察诊断效果,同时观察PSV、RAR检测参数.结果 经彩色多普勒超声检查,发现肾动脉狭窄70%者11例(18.3%).随着狭窄程度地增加,PSV、RAR检测参数也在不断变大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在动脉粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄诊断中,彩色多普勒超声诊断结果较高,可为临床提供有效的治疗方案,有助于提高预后,值得临床借鉴.

Vegetation roots contribute to soil fixation and reinforcement, thus improving soil resistance against erosion. Generally, the amount of soil fixation presented by roots mainly depends on root density and tensile strength. In the present study, we conducted the research in order to further understand the biotechnical properties of Haloxylon persicum and also to quantify its role in increasing soil cohesion in arid lands of Iran. Ten H. persicum shrubs were randomly selected for root distribution and strength investigations, in which five samples were set on flat terrain and other five samples on a moderate slope terrain. The profile trench method was used to assess the root area ratio(RAR) as the index of root density and distribution. Two profiles were dug around each sample, up and downslope for sloped treatment and north and south sides for flat treatment. The results showed that RAR increased with increasing soil depth and significantly decreased in 40–50 cm layers of downhill(0.320%) and 50–60 cm for uphill(0.210%). The minimum values for the northward and southward profiles were 0.003% and 0.003%, respectively, while the maximum values were 0.260% and 0.040%, respectively. The relationship between the diameter of root samples and root tensile strength followed a negative power function, but tensile force increased with increasing root diameter following a positive power function. The pattern of increased cohesion changes in soil profile was relatively similar to RAR curves. The maximum increased cohesion due to the presence of roots in uphill and downhill sides were 0.470 and 1.400 kPa, respectively. In the flat treatment, the maximum increased cohesions were 0.570 and 0.610 kPa in northward and southward profiles, respectively. The analysis of variance showed that wind and slope induced stresses did not have any significant effect on the amount of increased cohesion of H. persicum. The findings served to develop knowledge about biotechnical properties of H. persicum root system that can assist in assessing the efficiency of afforestation and restoration measures for erosion control in arid lands.

目的:探讨肝癌细胞系HepG2和HLE中,AFP参与RA-RAR信号通路的作用方式及其意义。方法Western blotting检测这两种细胞中AFP与RAR的含量;ATRA处理细胞后,免疫荧光法检测细胞中RAR定位;流式细胞术( FCM)检测细胞凋亡情况;采用激光共聚焦显微镜观察AFP与RAR在细胞中的定位情况;免疫共沉淀验证AFP与RAR的相互作用。结果 Western blotting结果显示HepG2细胞为AFP阳性而HLE为阴性;免疫荧光结果显示加入ATRA后,RAR发生核转位和核聚集现象;FCM结果显示ATRA能够引起这两种肝癌细胞凋亡增加;激光共聚焦显微镜结果显示AFP与RAR在胞浆中存在共定位现象;免疫共沉淀结果证实在HepG2细胞中AFP与RAR存在相互作用,而HLE因缺失AFP而检测不到。结论 AFP通过抑制RA-RAR信号通路的传递从而参与调控肝癌的发生发展。%Objective To investigate the effect ,type of action and significance of AFP on RA-RAR signal pathway in HepG2 and HLE cells.Methods The expression levels of AFP and RAR in HepG 2 and HLE cells were detected by Western Blotting;after treated by ATRA for 6 hours,RAR location in HepG2 and HLE cells was detected by immunofluorescence;the cell apoptosis was tested by flow cytometry ( FCM );the location AFP and RAR in cells was observed by laser confocal microscopy;the interaction between AFP and RAR was validated by co-immunoprecipitation test .Results Western Blotting showed that AFP expression was positive in HepG 2 cells, however , which was negative in HLE cells .Immunofluorescence results showed that nuclear translocation and nuclear aggregation of RAR were found after ATRA treatment ;FCM analysis showed that ATRA could induce cells apoptosis of both HepG 2 and HLE cells;laser confocal microscopy showed that co-localized phenomenon was observed in AFP and RAR;co-immunoprecipitation results showed that there was a interaction between AFP and RAR in HepG2 cells,however,which was not found in HLE cells because of AFP deletion .Conclusion AFP is involved in the pathogenesis and development of hepatocellular carcinoma through inhibiting RA -RAR signal transduction pathway .

Basic computer operation of automatic marking,by file operation technology in the implementation of Windows operation of automatic marking,VBA technology to realize the operation of Office automatic marking,however,some special questions need to be combined with other techniques to realize automatic marking,there are some special questions using conventional marking method may be erroneous results.In view of the existing marking scheme can not realize the automatic marking of RAR compressed file,formula editor,as well as the error checking results of the shortcut,the WordArt style,using different techniques are analyzed,and puts forward the effective,accurate marking method.%计算机基础操作题自动阅卷,一般通过文件操作技术实现Windows操作题自动阅卷,VBA技术实现Office操作题自动阅卷,然而一些特殊题型需要结合其他技术才能实现自动阅卷,还有一些特殊题型使用常规阅卷方法可能会出现错误的结果.针对现有阅卷方案不能实现自动阅卷的RAR压缩文件、公式编辑器,以及出现错误阅卷结果的快捷方式、艺术字式样,使用不同技术进行了分析,并提出了有效、准确的阅卷方法.

独山子石化公司4 000 t/a硫磺回收及尾气处理装置自2011年8月起开始使用低温尾气加氢催化剂CT6-11.1年多的运行实践表明,低温尾气加氢催化剂CT6-11具有良好的低温加氢水解性能,SO2加氢转化率达到100%,COS水解率超过99%.
