    • 摘要: 本文采用两步法制备得到不同质量比的Bi/P25 (商业TiO2)复合纳米催化剂。所得复合光催化剂表现出明显优于P25的光催化产氢性能。其中,质量分数为5 wt%的样品表现出最好的光催化活性。当牺牲剂为20 vol%的甲醇时,其4小时的产氢速率可达460 μmol∙g−1∙h−1,是未修饰P25的8倍。光电性能测试结果表明,金属Bi的引入能有效地提升载流子的迁移速率与光生电子和空穴的分离效率,降低电子和空穴的复合能力,从而提升光催化活性。此外,在光催化过程中金属铋也可以作为光生电子受体,为反应提供更多的析氢活性位点,进而促进H2的产生。

    • 摘要: 目的 探讨细胞周期素依赖性蛋白激酶5 (CDK5)、p35及p25在血管性认知损害(VCI)患者血液中的表达及可能作用.方法 收集VCI病例91例,其中非痴呆性血管性认知损害(VCIND) 49例,血管性痴呆(VAD) 42例;同时收集脑卒中认知功能正常(NC)及健康人(N)各30例;应用RT qPCR检测血液中CDK5 mRNA的相对表达,Western blot法检测各组血液中CDK5、p35及p25的蛋白表达.结果 各组CDK5 mRNA相对表达及CDK5、p35、p25蛋白表达从高到低分别为VAD组>VCIND组>NC组>N组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 CDK5、p35及p25可能参与了VCI的发生,血管性认知功能损害程度与其表达水平呈正相关关系.

    • 摘要: Photocatalytic degradation of paraquat (PQ) aqueous solutions was studied in a fixed bed photoreactor under UV irradiation at 368 nm. This contained β-SiC alveolar foams coated with TiO2 P25 by dip-coating method. SEM analyses revealed that the surface of the film did not exhibit cracks in the presence of TTIP as a binder in the TiO2 P25 suspension. The following parameters were studied in continuous mode operation: the flow rate in the reactor, the initial concentration of the paraquat, the pH of the solution, the weight of photocatalytic material with the number of foams in the reactor and the weight of the catalyst deposited onto the support. The results showed that by working under optimal operating conditions at natural pH (pH = 6.7), low paraquat (Co = 10 ppm), and flow (26 mL/min), we recorded approximately (43.16 ± 1.00)% oxidation of paraquat and a decrease in total organic carbon (TOC) of (27.13 ± 1.00)% after about 70 minutes. The apparent rate constant is in the order of (0.0656 ± 0.0010) min-1. In addition, by increasing the amount of β-SiC foams coated with TiO2, we improve the degradation of paraquat in the same order. The study of aging of the material showed its stability over time. However, photocatalytic activity was limited after 20 minutes of UV irradiation due to the limitation of the diffusion of the paraquat molecules towards the surface of the photocatalyst. As an outcome, we obtained an efficient TiO2/β-SiC material for photocatalytic degradation of organic compounds in water.

    • 摘要: 采用直流电压法将P25型TiO2粉末负载于FTO导电玻璃制成半导体矿物电极,研究其在不同小分子有机物(甲酸、甲醇、乙酸、乙醇)、不同浓度(0、20、40、60、80、100 mmol/L)甲酸作为空穴捕获剂下对U(Ⅵ)的光催化还原.研究结果表明,由于电离能力的强弱不同,酸类小分子有机物对空穴的捕获能力强于醇类小分子有机物,添加的小分子有机物均能提高U(Ⅵ)的还原率且甲酸效果最好,添加60 mmol甲酸光催化反应4h后,U(Ⅵ)的还原率能达到90.26%.扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)分析表明,反应后电极表面有大颗粒方块状U(Ⅳ)的矿物生成,占据反应活性位点.电化学阻抗分析显示,反应后电极传递电子的阻力增大,电子传输能力减弱,催化活性降低.%The TiO2 (P25) semiconductor mineral electrode was used to study the photocatalytic reduction of U(Ⅵ) with low-molecular-weight organics (formic acid,methanol,acetic acid,ethanol) and formic acid at different concentrations (0,20,40,60,80,100 mmol/L) as hole scavengers,respectively.The results indicate that due to the higher ionizing ability,the hole scavenging capacity of low-molecular-weight organic acid is stronger than that of low molecular-weight alcohol.In addition,all hole scavengers studied in this paper can improve the reduction rate of U(Ⅵ) and formic acid is best with the reduction rate as high as 90.26% at 60 mmol/L.SEM and EDS results show that some squares of uranium minerals were formed after photocatalytic reaction,which were adsorbed on the electrode surface and occupied active sites of TiO2.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) analysis indicates that mineral semiconductor electrode exhibits a higher electron transport resistance ability after photocatalytic reaction.

    • 摘要: 为了提高P25的光催化性能,以尿素、硫脲和甲硫氨酸为改性剂,采用研磨共煅烧的方法分别制备了具有可见光催化活性的改性催化剂N-P25,S-P25和N,S-P25,利用扫描电镜和紫外-可见吸收光谱对改性光催化剂的性质进行了表征,同时考察了改性光催化剂在可见光下对酸性红B的降解性能.结果表明,N-P25,S-P25和N,S-P25改性光催化剂的光响应波长范围扩大,在紫外光区及可见光区均产生较强吸收;煅烧温度700°C,煅烧时间2.0h制得的N,S-P25催化活性最高,且在可见光条件下对酸性红B的降解符合表观一级反应动力学.研究证明,改性P25催化剂提高了P25在可见光条件下降解酸性红B的光催化性能,丰富了可见光催化降解染料废水的研究思路.

    • 摘要: Titanium dioxide nanoparticle was prepared by the method of complex salts decomposition,and its morphology and crystalline phase were analyzed by varied kinds of tools.Products of 600~700 °C theral decomposition are all anatase phase and the final grain size is about 25 nm.It evaluated the photocatalytic activity of photocatalyst to set azo dye like Diamine Green B and other with large molecular weight as degradation model in the circumstance of oxygen supply and oxygen absence.The results showed that the photocatalysis activity performed best with the photocatalyst obtained under 600 °C thermal decomposition.To the initial concentration of 100 mg/L Diamine Green B solution,the degradation rate in 90 min is 100%,respectively under the occasion of oxygen supply.%采用复盐热分解法制备了纳米二氧化钛,对其形貌和晶相进行了分析.600~700°C热分解产物为单一的锐钛矿相,晶粒尺寸约为25 nm.以双胺绿B等大分子量的偶氮染料分子作为光催化降解模型,评价了其在通氧条件下的光催化活性.结果表明,600°C热分解得到的光催化剂活性最好,对初始浓度100 mg/L双胺绿B溶液,通氧条件下90 min的降解率为100%,与Degussa P25相当.

    • 摘要: Graphitic carbon nitride was synthesized by direct thermopolymerization of cheap urea .The struc-ture ,morphology ,specific surface area and the light absorption of g-C3 N4 was characterized .The activities of the g-C3 N4 catalyst were tested in the photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B ,methyl orange , methyl red,methylene blue ,acid red and Congo red under UV light .It found that RhB ,MB completely two kinds of basic degradation the degradation efficiency of MO and AR was over 80%,the CR and MR was 68.3%and 65.5%,respectively .The photocatalytic activity of g-C3 N4 has been investigated and compared with nanom-eter titanium dioxide P25.The results indicated that P25 exhibited higher photocatalytic activity than g-C3 N4 when degraded MO ,MR,AR,the activity of two photocatalysts was similar when degraded RhB and CR,for MB,g-C3 N4 exhibited better than P25.%通过热聚合尿素的方法制备石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4),用于对罗丹明B(RhB)、甲基橙(MO)、甲基红(MR)、亚甲基蓝( MB)、酸性红( AR)、刚果红( CR)等染料光催化降解。发现RhB、MB两种染料基本降解完全,MO和AR的降解率在80%以上,CR和MR的降解效果较差,分别为68.3%和65.5%。与催化剂纳米二氧化钛P25比较,降解MO、MR、AR三种染料时,P25的催化效果要好于g-C3 N4;对于RhB、CR两种染料,P25和g-C3 N4的降解效果相差不大,而对MB的降解,g-C3 N4要好于P25

    • 摘要: Objective To study the influence of Cdk5 activity on the structure and function of glomerulus podocyte by transfection of p25 gene. Methods In 2014,differentiated and mature isolated mouse podocytes were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium with 10% fetal bovine serum and divided into three groups including control group,empty group and p25 group. p25 gene was cloned through the pAdTrack-CMV viral vector,and transfected into podocytes. After 48 hours,cells were collected for further analysis. Cdk5,p25,p35,Cleaved caspase3 expressions were detected by Western blotting method;Cdk5 activity were tested through immunoprecipitation and isotope γ-32 P marking methods. In order to observe the expression of Cdk5,p35 and structure of Actin in podocyte,immunofluorescent staining were conducted. Results Cak5 in HEK293 cells had positive expression while p35 had negative expression;there were different levels of Cdk5 and p35 in renal cortex,podocyte and glomerulus. p25 had negative expression in control group and empty group while positive expression in p25 group. As for the expression levels of Cleaved caspase3 and Cdk5 activity in different groups,differences were of statistical significance( P <0. 05);the expression levels of Cleaved caspase3 and Cdk5 activity in p25 group was higher than those in the other two groups (P < 0. 05). In p25 group,Actin within podocyte were arranged in disorder and forms of cells were abnormal,while those conditions were on the contrary in the other two groups. Conclusion p25 causes overactivation of Cdk5 and induces podocyte morphological change,Actin arrangement disorder and cell apoptosis. Therefore,Cdk5 activity plays an important role in maintaining normal structure and function of podocyte.%目的:通过在肾小球足细胞中转染 p25基因,探讨周期素依赖性蛋白激酶5(Cdk5)的活性对足细胞结构及功能的影响。方法2014年度,于含10%胎牛血清的 RPMI 1640培养液中培养分化成熟的小鼠离体足细胞,将足细胞分为对照组、空转染组和 p25转染组。应用 pAdTrack-CMV 病毒载体克隆 p25基因,并转染足细胞,48 h 收集细胞;采用 Western blotting 法测定 Cdk5、p25、p35及细胞凋亡相关蛋白 Cleaved caspase3的表达水平;应用免疫沉淀和同位素γ-32 P 标记法测定 Cdk5活性;足细胞免疫荧光化学染色,观察 Cdk5、p35在足细胞中的表达,以及足细胞 Actin的排列情况。结果 HEK293细胞 Cdk5表达阳性,p35表达阴性,肾脏皮质、足细胞和肾小球中均有不同程度的 Cdk5和 p35的表达。对照组和空转染组 p25表达阴性,p25转染组 p25表达阳性。各组细胞凋亡相关蛋白 Cleaved caspase3表达水平和 Cdk5活性比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);其中 p25转染组细胞凋亡相关蛋白 Cleaved caspase3表达水平和 Cdk5活性高于对照组和空转染组(P <0.05)。p25转染组足细胞内 Actin 排列紊乱,细胞形态发生异常改变,对照组和空转染组细胞内 Actin 排列正常,细胞形态没有发生改变。结论 p25引起 Cdk5过度活性可致肾小球足细胞形态改变,Actin 排列紊乱,诱发细胞凋亡。因此,Cdk5的活性在维持足细胞正常结构和功能方面发挥重要作用。
