摘要:
不同于传统电信业务软件项目交付模式,本文提出了一种新型的项目交付模式理论,并分析阐述了这种新型交付模式的运作机制和应用模型,其对传统项目交付模式来说是一次大胆尝试和创新,通过在若干电信业务软件项目交付的实践中证实了水平交付模式的合理性和高效性,是适应NFV/SDN时代的新型项目交付模式。

摘要:
As a promising manufacturing technology,three-dimensional(3D)printing technology is widely used in the medical field.In the treatment of osteoarticular defects,the emergence of 3D printing technology provides a new option for the reconstruction of functional articular surfaces.At present,3D printing technology has been used in clinical applications such as models,patient-specific instruments(PSIs),and customized implants to treat joint defects caused by trauma,sports injury,and tumors.This review summarizes the application status of 3D printing technology in the treatment of osteoarticular defects and discusses its advantages,disadvantages,and possible future research strategies.

摘要:
目的:探讨肺炎严重度指数(PSI)和CURB-65评分在评估社区获得性肺炎治疗效果中的作用.方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月本院治疗的82例社区获得性肺炎患者.所有患者均接受PSI和CURB-65评分评估,并根据临床治疗情况分为治疗有效组与治疗无效组,比较两组PSI和CURB-65评分,分析PSI和CURB-65评分判断疾病治疗效果的敏感性、特异性.结果:82例社区获得性肺炎,治疗有效组66例(80.49%);治疗无效组16例(19.51%),治疗无效组住院时间长于治疗有效组(P<0.05).治疗有效组人院第4天PSI和CURB-65评分明显低于人院第1天,治疗无效组人院第4天评分明显高于人院第1天(P<0.05).PSI对治疗效果的敏感性高于CURB-65评分系统,特异性低于CURB-65评分系统,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对社区获得性肺炎患者进行PSI和CURB-65评分,有利于临床判断患者的病情程度与治疗效果,值得临床应用.

The splitting of water with sunlight using photoelectrochemical (PEC) cells to produce hydrogen isa promising avenue for sustainable energy production and many kinds of n-type semiconductors used asphotoanodes have been studied extensively. However, most of these n-type single-junction cells needassistance of external bias for operation and thus cannot be real solar-driven PEC cells. Here, we fabricate aself-biased, solar-driven PEC cell by combining a n-TiO)2photoanode with a p-Si nanowire photocathode andsuccessfully demonstrate sustained short-circuit current generation of 120μAcm-2 at zero bias. This is so farthe first report of the self-biased PEC cell with a p-Si nanowire photocathode. The significant enhancement inthe performance of p-Si nanowires photocathodes opens up exciting opportunities for practical applications ofPEC water splitting.
