Liver transplantation is a lifesaving procedure for patients with end-stage liver diseases.With the development of surgical technique,imaging,and immunosuppressant agents,postoperative survival rate has increased steadily.However,organ shortage is still a major concern.To solve the organ shortage crisis,extended criteria donors are used which include aged donors,fatty donors,and cardiac death donors;these donors need more protection.

The Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 encouraged the development of innovative computing systems that bring forth to innovations in information technology that were diverse and beneficial to the wider community.Computer programs developed as part of the software which one of the factors that influence the diversity of information technology.Today,computer programs have been recognized as valuable assets for companies and individuals who created or discovered them.Legal protection for inventions in all fields of technology including computer programs in several countries is carried out through patent registration as regulated in Article 27(1)of the Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights(TRIPs).Protection of inventions in the field of information technology by the Patent Law in Indonesia is currently limited only in the scope of hardware,while the protection of computer programs is regulated by Law No.28 of 2014 concerning copyright.The regulation through copyright law is considered insufficient to protect inventions in the field of information technology.Some developed countries in the world,such as Japan and the United States regulate the protection of computer programs through patents.This research will use the normative juridical method using secondary data.Furthermore,this research will examine the protection of computer programs based on the laws in force in Indonesia.The results of the study are expected to be able to provide input and thought contributions in order to build a computer system protection system in Indonesia.

摘要:
Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 has spread rapidly around the world and is a significant threat to global health.Patients in the Neonatal Surgery Department have rapidly progressing diseases and immature immunity,which makes them vulnerable to pulmonary infection and a relatively higher mortality.This means that these patients require multidisciplinary treatment including early diagnosis,timely transport,emergency surgery and intensive critical care.The COVID-19 pandemic poses a threat to carrying out these treatments.To provide support for the health protection requirements of the medical services in the Neonatal Surgery Department,we developed recommendations focusing on patient transport,surgery selection and protection requirements with the aim of improving treatment strategies for patients and preventing infection in medical staff during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

As part of a collaborative project,we took the window shutter—a widely used traditional facade element—and reinterpreted it for“adaptive”solutions using new,sustainable technologies.The aim was to design a modular construction kit that varies radiant energy,light and air flow to weather conditions and occupant requirements in new and existing residential and office buildings.

In recent years, with the development of communications, communications grid including the formation of digital microwave, fiber optic, wireless and other means of communication has formed. Optical fiber communication with the communication long distance relay, confidentiality, transmission loss, showedtremendous advantages in the communications field, which has become the one of the main pillars of moderncommunication. However, the growing capacity of optical fiber transmission network and increasing bearerservices bring challenges for maintenance of communications cable. The emergence of optical line automaticprotection system made maintenance easier. This article describes the optical protection program, principles,processes, networking, features and advantages, and so on.
