    • 摘要: After injury of the central nervous system(CNS),neuronal circuits are known to remodel for functional recovery.In general,there are two strategies for the remodeling:axonal regeneration and sprouting(Figure 1A).Axonal regeneration is re-growth of injured neurons themselves,but axons hardly regenerate in the adult mammalian CNS(Silver and Miller,2004).On the other hand,axonal sprouting is new growth from intact or spared neurons to the denervated target by forming axon collaterals,compensating for damaged circuits.This process is a more effective way for circuit remodeling,as it does not necessarily require long axonal elongation.

    • 摘要: Precipitation over the Tibetan Plateau(TP)is important to local and downstream ecosystems.Based on a weighting method considering model skill and independence,changes in the TP precipitation for near-term(2021-40),mid-term(2041-60)and long-term(2081-2100)under shared socio-economic pathways(SSP1-1.9,SSP1-2.6,SSP2-4.5,SSSP3-7.0,SSP5-8.5)are projected with 27 models from the latest Sixth Phase of the Couple Model Intercomparison Project.The annual mean precipitation is projected to increase by 7.4%-21.6%under five SSPs with a stronger change in the northern TP by the end of the 21st century relative to the present climatology.Changes in the TP precipitation at seasonal scales show a similar moistening trend to that of annual mean precipitation,except for the drying trend in winter precipitation along the southern edges of the TP.Weighting generally suggests a slightly stronger increase in TP precipitation with reduced model uncertainty compared to equally-weighted projections.The effect of weighting exhibits spatial and seasonal differences.Seasonally,weighting leads to a prevailing enhancement of increase in spring precipitation over the TP.Spatially,the influence of weighting is more remarkable over the northwestern TP regarding the annual,summer and autumn precipitation.Differences between weighted and original MMEs can give us more confidence in a stronger increase in precipitation over the TP,especially for the season of spring and the region of the northwestern TP,which requires additional attention in decision making.

    • 摘要: Neuropathic pain is a long term and common pain disorder in clinics that is refractory to treatment,however,the neural substrates and underlying mechanisms are poorly understood.Using the com bination of neuronal mapping,optogenetics,chemogenetics,eletrophysiological recording,in vivo fiber photometry and behavioral testing,we previously identified a new neural circuit of BLA-mPFC-vIPAG and its key role in encoding and modulation of the spared nerve injury(SNI)-induced neuropathic pain..Here we report that the V M-vlOFC-vIPAG circuit modulates neuropathic pain and dissects the underlying mechanisms at cellular and circuitry level.

    • 摘要: Dear editor,To satisfy the increasing requirements for safety and quality in industrial processes,process monitoring has been actively investigated in the past decade.The most critical aspects of this approach are the detection of faults in realtime and the diagnosis of fault types.Redundancy and coupling among these variables make it difficult to identify existing correlations between faults and variables,which hinders the quick detection of faults.Furthermore,the large amount of available monitoring data often obscures information about abnormalities and faults.Effective dimension reduction and feature extraction are imperative to address this challenge[1,2].

    • 摘要: The extreme temperature has more outstanding impact on ecology and water resources in arid regions than the average temperature.Using the downscaled daily temperature data from 21 Coupled Model Inter-comparison Project(CMIP)models of NASA Earth Exchange Global Daily Downscaled Projections(NEX-GDDP)and the observation data,this paper analyzed the changes in temporal and spatiotemporal variation of temperature extremes,i.e.,the maximum temperature(Tmax)and minimum temperature(Tmin),in the Kaidu-Kongqi River basin in Northwest China over the period 2020–2050 based on the evaluation of preferred Multi-Model Ensemble(MME).Results showed that the Partial Least Square ensemble mean participated by Preferred Models(PM-PLS)was better representing the temporal change and spatial distribution of temperature extremes during 1961–2005 and was chosen to project the future change.In 2020–2050,the increasing rate of Tmax(Tmin)under RCP(Representative Concentration Pathway)8.5 will be 2.0(1.6)times that under RCP4.5,and that of Tmin will be larger than that of Tmax under each corresponding RCP.Tmin will keep contributing more to global warming than Tmax.The spatial distribution characteristics of Tmax and Tmin under the two RCPs will overall the same;but compared to the baseline period(1986–2005),the increments of Tmax and Tmin in plain area will be larger than those in mountainous area.With the emission concentration increased,however,the response of Tmax in mountainous area will be more sensitive than that in plain area,and that of Tmin will be equivalently sensitive in mountainous area and plain area.The impacts induced by Tmin will be universal and farreaching.Results of spatiotemporal variation of temperature extremes indicate that large increases in the magnitude of warming in the basin may occur in the future.The projections can provide the scientific basis for water and land plan management and disaster prevention and mitigation in the inland river basin.

    • 摘要: In this paper, we consider an extragradient thresholding algorithm for finding the sparse solution of mixed complementarity problems (MCPs). We establish a relaxation l1 regularized projection minimization model for the original problem and design an extragradient thresholding algorithm (ETA) to solve the regularized model. Furthermore, we prove that any cluster point of the sequence generated by ETA is a solution of MCP. Finally, numerical experiments show that the ETA algorithm can effectively solve the l1 regularized projection minimization model and obtain the sparse solution of the mixed complementarity problem.

    • 摘要: A novel subspace projection anti-jamming algorithm based on spatial blind search is proposed,which uses multiple single-constrained subspace projection parallel filters.If the direction of arrival(DOA)of a satellite signal is unknown,the traditional subspace projection anti-jamming algorithm cannot form the correct beam pointing.To overcome the problem of the traditional subspace projection algorithm,multiple single-constrained subspace projection parallel filters are used.Every single-constrained anti-jamming subspace projection algorithm obtains the optimal weight vector by searching the DOA of the satellite signal and uses the output of cross correlation as a decision criterion.Test results show that the algorithm can suppress the jamming effectively,and generate high gain toward the desired signal.The research provides a new idea for the engineering implementation of a multi-beam anti-jamming algorithm based on subspace projection.

    • 摘要: In the present work,the relevant components of the two basic system of measurement are defined through the analysis of existing systems of measurement for geometrical modeling.The major features of such systems related to the ways of formation of the two-dimensional complex drawing of a geometrical image on the basis of laws of projective connections are revealed.Interrelations of the elements of different systems of measurement with various projections of a geometrical image are defined.The relative location of projections of a geometrical image into the constructed two-dimensional complex drawings for various systems of measurement is discussed.The rationale behind a particular arrangement of views in the projective drawing of a product in the analyzed systems of measurement is explained.
