    • 摘要: Objective:Cholesteryl esters(CEs)are composed of various fatty acyl chains attached to the hydroxyl groups of cholesterol,and abnormalities in their metabolism are related to many diseases.This study aimed to develop an ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole exactive mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-Exactive MS)method to identify the CEs in plasma.Methods:First,the MS fragmentation patterns were investigated using seven commercial CE standards.Then,the CEs in plasma were characterized through the accurate mass data of precursor ions and characteristic product ions.A strategy of step-by-step m/z scans in a narrow range was proposed to identify more trace CEs by the full-scan data-dependent MS/MS(ddMS2)mode.Results:A total of 50 CE species consisting of 55 regioisomers were identified in human plasma.Among them,two species were reported for the first time.Conclusion:This study is the most comprehensive identification of CE species in human plasma to date.These results will contribute to the in-depth profiling of CEs in human plasma and provide guidance for animal model selection when studying lipid-related diseases.

    • 摘要: The high frequency of dental extractions creates a high demand for prosthetic rehabilitation. Therefore, this study aimed to describe the profile of consumers of prosthetic care at the Institute of Odontology and Stomatology in Dakar. It was a descriptive and retrospective study of patients who had been consulted at the prosthetic clinic of the Institute of Odontology and Stomatology of Dakar. Data were collected from medical records from 09 November 2019 to 09 June 2020. The tools used to collect and process the information were the Sphinx software and the Excel spreadsheet. Out of the 101 patient records, 51% were male and 48% belonged to the age group of 18 to 39 years. Nearly 38.61% of the patients lived less than 5 km from the health care facility and 70.3% of the respondents had a monthly income of fewer than 100,000 FCFA. Clinically, 96% of patients came for functional reasons, 78.2% for aesthetic reasons, and partial edentulism was the most frequent diagnosis (96%). Chi-square tests were performed to find a dependency or non-dependency relationship between diagnosis and age, but also between income and treatment cost. In sum, age and diagnosis were independent of each other, just as patient income was not related to treatment cost. Proximity to health facilities, income, and cost of treatment are factors that influence accessibility to oral health care. It is important to integrate the profile of the consumer of care into global management.

    • 摘要: Silicon etching is an essential process in various applications,and a major challenge for etching process is anisotropic high aspect ratio etching characteristics.The etch profile is determined by the plasma parameters and process parameters.In this study,the plasma state with each process parameters were analyzed through the optical emission spectroscopy(OES)plasma diagnostic sensor by both chemical and physical approaches.Electron temperature and electron density were additionally acquired using the corona model with OES data that provides chemical species information,and the etch profile was evaluated through scanning electron microscope measurement data.The results include changes in profile with gas ratio,bias power,and pressure.We figure out that factors like ion energy and ion angular distribution as well as chemical reaction affect the anisotropic profile.

    • 摘要: Dear editor,Congestion games(CGs)proposed in[1]are noncooperative games in which a collection of players compete over a finite set of resources.In CGs,the cost incurred by each player depends only on the resource that the player chooses and the number of players choosing the same resource.Because of their potential across a range of fields,CGs have been applied to practical problems such as network routing and road pricing.Furthermore,CGs can be modeled as evolutionary congestion games(ECGs)if they are played repeatedly.

    • 摘要: In the robotic welding process with thick steel plates,laser vision sensors are widely used to profile the weld seam to implement automatic seam tracking.The weld seam profile extraction(WSPE)result is a crucial step for identifying the feature points of the extracted profile to guide the welding torch in real time.The visual information processing system may collapse when interference data points in the image survive during the phase of feature point identification,which results in low tracking accuracy and poor welding quality.This paper presents a visual attention featurebased method to extract the weld seam profile(WSP)from the strong arc background using clustering results.First,a binary image is obtained through the preprocessing stage.Second,all data points with a gray value 255 are clustered with the nearest neighborhood clustering algorithm.Third,a strategy is developed to discern one cluster belonging to the WSP from the appointed candidate clusters in each loop,and a scheme is proposed to extract the entire WSP using visual continuity.Compared with the previous methods the proposed method in this paper can extract more useful details of the WSP and has better stability in terms of removing the interference data.Considerable WSPE tests with butt joints and T-joints show the anti-interference ability of the proposed method,which contributes to smoothing the welding process and shows its practical value in robotic automated welding with thick steel plates.

    • 摘要: Objective To evaluate the effect of the thickness and area of the cavity between bolus and skin upon the dose deposition in the shallow tissues.Methods The linear accelerator head model of 6 MV X ray was constructed using Geant4,which simulated the accelerator working condition of 10 cm× 10 cm field and recorded the information of emergent particles as phase space file.A water phantom of 30 × 30 × 30 cm3 was designed at the SAD level.A 30 cm × 30 cm × 1 cm water film was constructed adjacent to or with different cavities to the upper surface of the phantom.The phase space file was utilized as particle source to simulate the particle transport process.The axis depth dose distribution and lateral dose profiles in the center area of the field at a depth of 1 mm,5 mm,9 mm,15 mm and 21 mm of the phantom were obtained,respectively.The simulated data obtained from water film with different cavities were compared with those of adjacent to the water phantom.Results When the cavity was ≤ 5 mm,the cavity exerted slight effect.When the thickness was increased,the maximum dose depth (Dmax) was increased,the PDD at Dmax (PD Dmax) became less,the depth of influenced lateral dose profiles was increased and the dose in the center area was decreased.Along with the increase of cavity area,the Dmax was initially increased and then decreased,the PD Dmax was at first decreased and subsequently increased,the depth of influenced lateral dose profile was initially increased and then decreased,the dose in the center area was first decreased and subsequently increased.The lateral dose profile distant from the cavity or located at a depth ≥ 15 mm was almost not affected by the cavity.Conclusion The thickness of the cavity between bolus and skin should be less than 5 mm and the cavity area should be small as possible.%目的 研究Bolus与皮肤间空腔厚度和面积对浅层组织剂量的影响.方法 运用Geant4构建出射6MVX线的加速器模型,模拟10 cm× 10 cm射野下出束情况并记录出射粒子相空间文件.在源轴距水平构建30 cm×30 cm×30 cm水模体,分别在其靠近加速器一侧构建紧贴模体表面及含有不同空腔的30 cm×30 cm×1 cm水膜,以相空间文件作入射粒子源,模拟粒子输运过程,获取水模体中心轴深度剂量分布和射野中心区域不同深度处侧向剂量profile.将含有不同空腔时的模拟数据与水膜和水模体紧密贴合时的数据进行对比.结果 空腔厚度≤5 mm时,影响较小,之后随厚度增加,最大剂量深度(Dmax)增加,对应处百分深度剂量减小,侧向剂量profile受影响深度增加,中心区域剂量减小;随空腔面积增加,Dmax先增大后减小,对应处百分深度剂量先减小后增加,侧向剂量profile受影响深度先增加后减小,中心区域剂量先减小后增加;在远离空腔及深度≥15 mm时侧向剂量profile基本不受影响.结论 使用Bolus时其下空腔厚度应在5 mm以内,面积尽量小.
    • 摘要: Di.Hefeng Huang received her Bachelor''s degree in 1982 and Master''s degree in 1989 from the Zhejiang Medical University,now known as the Zhejiang University Medical School in Hangzhou,China.After graduation,she served as a doctor of obstetrics and gynecology at the Zhejiang Women''s Hospital,School of Medicine,Zhejiang University.From 1990 to 1991,she underwent training for assisted reproduction technology(ART)at the Queen Mary Hospital of the Hong Kong University.Subsequently,she returned to the Zhejiang Women''s Hospital and established and led the Reproductive Center of Zhejiang Province from 1991 to 2013.

    • 摘要: Cerebral or intracranial aneurysm is a leading cause of subarachnoid hemorrhage. It was initially treated with open surgical clipping but as rapid development of technology a less invasive endovascular coiling technique of aneurysm revolutionized the treatment. Due to tortuous anatomy of parent artery and complicated morphology and location of aneurysm there is ongoing challenge in the complete obliteration of aneurysms. To aid in the advances of treating aneurysm stent assisted endovascular coiling was introduced to give more scaffold support to parent artery and decrease events of coil protrusion from aneurysms. Many types and generation of stents were developed. One of the most recently introduced stent is low profile visualized intraluminal support (LVIS) stent. Due to its low profile nature it can be used in 0.017-inch inner diameter microcatheter and reach small and complex vessels providing high aneurysmal neck coverage which was not possible through other traditional stent. In addition, its braided design with tantalum strands and radiopaque markers make it more visible during stent placement and post procedure stent evaluation. Despite of many advantages of LVIS stent it is related to high rate of thromboembolic complications and technical complications. Aim of this review paper was to evaluate therapeutic safety, effectiveness and feasibility of LVIS stent in endovascular coil embolization of intracranial aneurysms.
