    • 摘要: With the continuous progress and development of the construction industry,architects and engineers have introduced the concept of energy-saving and green building designs that utilizes less energy and electricity.This advancement in the construction industry has made green buildings more attractive,thanks to their low energy consumption also compliance with environmental and ecological requirements.This paper examines the principles and advantages of energy-reduction technologies for building heating,ventilation,and air-conditioning(HVAC)applications,and discusses the technical optimization measures for the technology for reference.

    • 摘要: Along with the overall progress and development of market economy,Sponge City has received extensive attention,in order to establish a more compatible with the market development trend and environmental protection requirements of the control mechanism,it is necessary to scientifically plan synthetic materials,to a certain extent,to maintain the basic level of sponge city supervision work.In this paper,the research background of Geosynthetics applied in Sponge City construction is briefly analyzed,and the basic principles and specific application paths are discussed,which are for reference only.

    • 摘要: In this paper, the phenomenon of light velocity invariance is analyzed by using a new etheric view, and the physical mechanism of light velocity invariance is given, the principle of constancy of light velocity and the principle of special relativity are modified, and the Lorentz transformation is deduced by using these two modified principles. The relationship between mass and speed, the relationship between time and speed, and the relationship between length and speed are reanalyzed, and physical explanations different from the Special Relativity are given. Experiments for verification of the new theory are designed and presented. Experiment 1: Verify that the kinetic energy of a particle is only related to the speed of the particle relative to the ether, independent of the observer’s motion. Experiment 2: Verify that magnetic field is produced by electric charge’s motion relative to ether, and is independent of the observer. Experiment 3: Redoing the Michelson-Morley experiment on the space station to prove the existence of the ether. Experiment 4: Simulation of the generation and reversal of the Earth’s magnetic field, thus proving that the magnetic field is generated by the relative motion of the electric charge to the ether. Experiment 5: Simulate the formation of the natural iron meteorites and show that the atom becomes smaller with the increase of the etheric density of the space. Experiment 6: Aberrations contrast experiment to prove that for the observers on Earth, according to the theory of this paper, stars have aberration but the light sources on Earth have no aberration;according to the theory of special relativity, there are aberrations for both the stars and the light sources on Earth.

    • 摘要: Ky Fan maximum principle is a well-known observation about traces of certain hermitian matrices. In this note, we derive a powerful extension of this claim. The extension is achieved in three ways. First, traces are replaced with norms of diagonal matrices, and any unitarily invariant norm can be used. Second, hermitian matrices are replaced by normal matrices, so the rule applies to a larger class of matrices. Third, diagonal entries can be replaced with eigenvalues and singular values. It is shown that the new maximum principle is closely related to the problem of approximating one matrix by another matrix of a lower rank.

    • 摘要: Health information systems are the basis of eHealth at regional and national levels. They provide the maintenance of traditional medical documents in out-patient clinics and hospitals in electronic form. At the same time, specialized registries are monitoring systems for the health status of people with certain diseases. However, the creation of registers as independent information systems, which takes place to this day, is now inadvisable, since the necessary information can be obtained from the Electronic Healthcare Record/ Electronic Medical Record. In this case, specialized registers are implemented as virtual systems of a temporary or permanent type. Regarding patient registers, they integrate data from electronic medical records and information from patients or their relatives.

    • 摘要: Work on quantum entanglement is currently emphasizing the nonlocal nature of theories that attempt to explain spatially separated Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) correlation experiments. It is frequently claimed that nonlocal instantaneous influences, or equivalently a breakdown of Einstein’s separation principle, are a signature property of (quantum) entanglement. This paper presents a categorization of the various forms of nonlocality in physical theories. It is shown that, even for Einstein’s theory of relativity, correlations of spatially separated measurements cannot be explained without the involvement of some nonlocal or global knowledge and facts. Instantaneous Influences at a distance are, however, in a special category of nonlocality and, as is well known, Einstein called them spooky. Following a separation of nonlocalities into four distinctly different categories 0, 1, 2, 3, with number 3 corresponding to theories containing instantaneous influences at a distance, I show that any theory of EPR experiments must be at least in category 1 or 2 and does not need to be in category 3. In particular, the Bell theorem, valid for category 0 theories, may be violated for categories 1 and 2 and does not require category 3 theories. Category 0 enforces Bell’s theorem. However, it does not apply to relativistic theories of space like separated measurements.

The result is another Gaussian state that depends on a quantum parameter α, which describes the relationship between the classical and quantum vision. The compression parameter λ>0 is associated to the harmonic oscillator semigroup.

    • 摘要: The problems of unattainable infinity and infinitesimal are discussed. Limitations connected with the absolute zero of temperature and the maximal velocity are considered, as well as the consequences of these limitations. A geometric approach is proposed as an alternative to the wave-particle duality to explain the anomalous motion of micro objects. The basis of the geometric approach is a comparison between two geometries differing from each other in the metric of infinitesimal. The interconnection of these geometries is possible through the direct and inverse Weierstrass transformation. The application of this transformation allows one to explain diffraction effects.
