摘要： 本发明公开了一种基于FANUC PICTURE人机界面的模型参数可视化加工方法，所述的方法包括以下步骤：在PC机上添加FANUC PICTURE执行器和用户软件容量；根据不同加工模型制作FANUC PICTURE画面；在数控系统中开通设定好PICTURE功能以及CNC参数；将制作FANUC PICTURE画面生成的文件和模型加工宏程序导入到数控系统中实现加工前参数可视化调整；根据调整好的模型加工参数完成模型的加工。通过将模型零件加工中涉及到的各个局部变量与参数变量进行一一对应并将参数变量和各个参数含义赋值通过人机界面显示，解决了现有程序编程中局部变量含义不清楚的问题，实现了数控编程简单化、方便化、快捷化以及操作界面友好化，进一步扩展了数控系统的功能，极大地简化了编程量和提高了编程效率。
