    • 摘要: Recently,all-inorganic perovskites have attracted attention due to good thermal stability[1−12].Among them,CsPbI3 has the most desirable optical bandgap(~1.7 eV)for applications in optoelectronic devices[13−16].In general,making black-phase CsPbI3 film requires a high-temperature annealing up to 320°C[17,18],which inevitably raises energy consumption.Though being made at high temperature,the resulting black-phase(αorβphase)CsPbI3 film still suffers from an un-desirable phase transition under ambient conditions[19,20].Sev-eral strategies have been developed to lower the annealing temperature(90-100°C)[20−26],it is still challenging to stabilize black-phase CsPbI3 under ambient condition with high humidity and without a tedious annealing process.Herein,we developed a simple crystal redissolution(CR)strategy to make stable black-phase CsPbI3 film in ambient air with high humidity and without post-annealing.4-N,N-dimethylamino-4ʹ-Nʹ-methyl-stilbazolium tosylate(DAST)can chemically interact with CsPbI3 to reduce the formation energy of black-phase and inhibit CsPbI3 to undergo black-to-yellow phase transition.

    • 摘要: Single-crystal x-ray diffraction(SCXRD)is an important tool to study the crystal structure and phase transitions of crystalline materials at elevated pressures.The Partnership for eXtreme Xtallography(PX^(2))program at the GSECARS 13-BM-C beamline of the Advanced Photon Source aims to provide state-of-the-art experimental capabilities to determine the crystal structures of materials under extreme conditions using SCXRD.PX^(2) provides a focused x-ray beam(12318μm^(2))at a monochromatic energy of 28.6 keV.High-pressure SCXRD experiments are performed with a six-circle diffractometer and a Pilatus3 photon-counting detector,facilitated by a membrane system for remote pressure control and an online ruby fluorescence system for pressure determination.The efficient,high-quality crystal structure determination at PX^(2) is exemplified by a study of pressure-induced phase transitions in natural ilvaite[CaFe^(2+)_(2 )Fe^(3+)Si_(2)O_(7)O(OH),P2_(1)/a space group].Two phase transitions are observed at high pressure.The SCXRD data confirm the already-known ilvaite-I(P2_(1)/a)→ilvaite-II(Pnam)transformation at 0.4(1)GPa,and,a further phase transition is found to occur at 22.8(2)GPa where ilvaite-II transforms into ilvaite-III(P2_(1)/a).The crystal structure of the ilvaite-III is solved and refined in the P2_(1)/a space group.In addition to the ilvaite-I→ilvaite-II→ilvaite-III phase transitions,two minor structural modifications are observed as discontinuities in the evolution of the FeO6 polyhedral geometries with pressure,which are likely associated with magnetic transitions.

    • 摘要: In recent years,metasurfaces that enable the flexible wavefront modulation at sub-wavelength scale have been widely used into holographic display,due to its prominent advantages in polarization degrees of freedom,viewing angle,and achromaticity in comparison with traditional holographic devices.In holography,the computational complexity of hologram,imaging sharpness,energy utilization,reproduction rate,and system indirection are all determined by the encoding method.Here,we propose a visible frequency broadband dielectric metahologram based on the random Fourier phase-only encoding method.Using this simple and convenient method,we design and fabricate a transmission-type geometric phase all-dielectric metahologram,which can realize holographic display with high quality in the visible frequency range.This method encodes the amplitude information into the phase function only once,eliminating the cumbersome iterations,which greatly simplifies the calculation process,and may facilitate the preparation of large area nanoprint-holograms.

    • 摘要: In this paper,we propose a fuzzy logic algorithm to recognize the types of hydrometeors by using Ka and Ku reflectivity factors,temperature thresholds and an asymmetric t-form membership function.The identifiable types of hydrometeors include snow,graupel,mixed-phase particles,large raindrops,and small raindrops.The reflectivity detection data of Ka and Ku with attenuation correction is from dual-frequency precipitation radar onboard the global precipitation measurement satellite.The temperature data from the European Centre for Medium-range Weather Forecasts are used to identify the hydrometeors,and the identified hydrometeors are compared with the vertical profiles of phase from official level-2 DPR products.The results show that the identified hydrometeors are reasonable and reveal the evolution process of tropical cyclones,which can be further applied to the study of precipitation microphysical process and artificial precipitation.

    • 摘要: Braiding Majorana zero modes(MZMs)is the key procedure toward topological quantum computation.However,the complexity of the braiding manipulation hinders its experimental realization.Here we propose an experimental setup consisting of MZMs and a quantum dot state which can substantially simplify the braiding protocol of MZMs.Such braiding scheme,corresponding to a specific closed loop in the parameter space,is quite universal and can be realized in various platforms.Moreover,the braiding results can be measured and manifested through electric current,providing a simple and novel way to detect the non-Abelian statistics of MZMs.

    • 摘要: Background:We aimed to assess efficacy and safety,with a special focus on cardiovascular safety,of the novel dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist tirzepatide versus insulin glargine in adults with type 2 diabetes and high cardiovascular risk inadequately controlled on oral glucose-lowering medications.Methods:This open-label,parallel-group,phase 3 study was done in 187 sites in 14 countries on five continents.Eligible participants,aged 18 years or older,had type 2 diabetes treated with any combination of metformin,sulfonylurea,or sodiumglucose co-transporter-2 inhibitor,a baseline glycated haemoglobin(HbA1c)of 7-5-10-5%(58-91 mmol/mol),body-mass index of 25 kg/m2 or greater,and established cardiovascular disease or a high risk of cardiovascular events.Participants were randomly assigned(1:1:1:3)via an interactive web-response system to subcutaneous injection of either once-per-week tirzepatide(5 mg,10 mg,or 15 mg)or glargine(100 U/mL),titrated to reach fasting blood glucose of less than 100 mg/dL.The primary endpoint was non-inferiority(0-3%non-inferiority boundary)of tirzepatide 10 mg or 15 mg,or both,versus glargine in HbA1c change from baseline to 52 weeks.All participants were treated for at least 52 weeks,with treatment continued for a maximum of 104 weeks or until study completion to collect and adjudicate major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE).Safety measures were assessed over the full study period.This study was registered with ClinicalTrials.gov,NCT03730662.

    • 摘要: In 1980,the integer quantum Hall effect in two-dimensional(2D)systems was discovered under high magnetic field[1],which opened a door to the novel phase of matter.The concept of topology was then introduced into condensed matter physics to distinguish the intriguing phenomenon of quantum Hall effect by non-zero Chern number(C)[2].The topological scenario suggests a new type of phase where the phase transition does not need symmetry breaking.

    • 摘要: The intensity non-stationarity is one of the most important features of earthquake records.Modeling of this feature is significant to the generation of artificial earthquake waves.Based on the theory of phase difference spectrum,an intensity non-stationary envelope function with log-normal form is proposed.Through a tremendous amount of earthquake records downloaded on Kik-net,a parameter fitting procedure using the genetic algorithm is conducted to obtain the value of model parameters under different magnitudes,epicenter distances and site conditions.A numerical example is presented to describe the procedure of generating fully non-stationary ground motions via spectral representation,and the mean EPSD(evolutionary power spectral density)of simulated waves is proved to agree well with the target EPSD.The results show that the proposed model is capable of describing the intensity non-stationary features of ground motions,and it can be used in structural anti-seismic analysis and ground motion simulation.
