    • 摘要: In the plasma etching process,the edge roughness and mask pattern usually play a significant role in the deformation of holes under the influence of the charging effect.The competitive effect between these two factors has been investigated,focusing on the surface charging in a hexagonal array,with various values of roughness parameters(amplitude(A)and wavelength(W))and distances between holes(L).A series of classical particle dynamic simulations of surface charging,surface etching and profile evolution were used to investigate the effect of roughness and pattern on charging.This study showed that various roughness and patterns(represented by different values of L)can significantly influence surface distributions of the electric-field(Efield)and the etching rates on the mask surface.The simulations also showed that(1)the shape of the pattern array influences the mask hole profile during the etching process,i.e.a hexagonal array pattern tends to deform the profile of a circular mask hole into a hexagonal hole;(2)pattern roughness is aggravated during the etching process.These factors were found to be significant only at a small feature pitch and may be ignored at a large feature pitch.Possible mechanisms of these results during the etching process are discussed.This work sheds light on the ways to maintain pattern integrity and further improve the quality of the pattern transfer onto the substrate.

    • 摘要: Massive MIMO是多天线技术发展的高阶形式,是5G网络中重要的技术。Massive MIMO站点的天线数量有很大提升(64根),天线与RF单元集成为有源天线设备AAU。通过使用大规模天线阵列联合接收解调或发射信号,Massive MIMO与前期的天线技术相比,可明显提升单用户收发性能和多用户空分离复用能力,从而大幅提升系统传输质量和体验速率。另外,该技术的多天线阵列系统增加了垂直方向的自由度,允许差异化调整水平和垂直方向的波束状态。从而显着提高了基站的覆盖能力。在Massive MIMO对空间维度自由度大幅提升的基础上,建立多维覆盖波束Pattern的理念,通过波束优化SSB覆盖,进一步提升5G分流比,支持5G业务发展。

    • 摘要: A honeycomb-Kagome hexagonal superlattice pattern with dark discharges is observed in a dielectric barrier discharge system for the first time.The spatiotemporal structure of the honeycomb-Kagome hexagonal superlattice pattern with dark discharges is investigated by an intensified charge-coupled device and the photomultipliers show that it is an interleaving of three different sub-lattices,which are bright-spot,invisible honeycomb lattice,and Kagome lattice with invisible frameworks and dim-spots,respectively.The invisible honeycomb lattices and Kagome lattices are actually composed of dark discharges.By using the optical emission spectra method,it is found that the plasma parameters of the three different sub-lattices are different.The influence of the dark discharges on pattern formation is discussed.The results may have significance for the investigation of the dark discharges and will accelerate the development of self-organized pattern dynamics.

    • 摘要: Dear editor,Gait training has been proved effective for recovery of walking ability for nerve injury patients caused by stroke,spinal cord injury(SCI),traumatic brain injury(TBI),etc.The traditional gait training methods,usually carried out by hands,are laborious and time-consuming,and hence,the training intensity is difficult to be maintained and the rehabilitation results are not satisfactory.To overcome the limitation,lower limb rehabilitation robots(LLRRs)have been developed for clinical gait training,the typical ones of which including Lokomat,ReoAmbulator,and Rewalk.

    • 摘要: BACKGROUND Current cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT),devised to eliminate dyssynchrony in left bundle branch block(LBBB),works by pacing the latest activated left ventricular site(LALVS).We hypothesized that patients with nonspecific intraventricular conduction disturbance(NICD)pattern respond less favorably to CRT,because their LALVS is far away from that in LBBB.METHODS By measuring the amplitude and polarity of secondary ST-segment alterations in two optional frontal and hori-zontal surface electrocardiogram(ECG)leads and using a software,we determined the resultant 3D spatial secondary ST vector,which is directed 180o away from the LALVS,in 110 patients with LBBB pattern and 77 patients with NICD pattern and heart failure.To validate the ECG method,we also estimated the LALVS by echocardiography using 3D parametric imaging and 2D speckle tracking in 22 LBBB patients and 20 NICD patients.Patients with NICD pattern were subdivided according to their non-overlapping frontal plane resultant secondary ST vector ranges to the NICD-1 subgroup(n=44)and the NICD-2 subgroup(n=33).RESULTS Based on the software determined coordinates of the resultant 3D spatial secondary ST vector directed 180o away from the LALVS,the LALVSs were located leftward,posterosuperior in the LBBB group,slightly left,superior in the NICD-1 sub-group,and slightly left,posteroinferior in the NICD-2 subgroup.The LALVS determined by ECG and echocardiography matched in all patients,except two.CONCLUSIONS In the NICD-2 subgroup,a remote LALVS was found from that in LBBB pattern,which might explain the high non-response rate of the NICD pattern to the current CRT technique.
