摘要： This Standard specifies requirements for application, inspection, training, maintenance, repair and safe operation of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (hereafter known as MEWPs).It applies to all types and sizes of MEWPs as specified in ANSI/SAIA A92.20 (design, calculations, safety requirements and test methods) that are intended to position personnel along with their necessary tools and materials, at work locationsAny MEWP covered by this standard is prohibited from use when working on or near equipment or circuits which may be energized (see Section 6.8.12). The operation of any MEWP used for this work shall conform to the requirements of the ANSI/SAIA A92.2 Vehicle Mounted Elevating and Rotating Aerial Devices standard.
