    摘要: This NACE Standard Practice aims to provide guidance for selection and application of Corrosion Inhibitors (CI) for upstream oil and gas processes conditions exposed to corrosive environments.The application of effective Corrosion Inhibitors (CI) in Oil and Gas production is essential to enable long term use of carbon steel in corrosive production environments. These chemical CI products can be applied continuously, or on a Batch (BI) basis. The effectiveness of CIs(products) that are applied has to be assured for the range of conditions associated with the application and for the lifetime of the facility. The assurance is predominantly achieved through laboratory testing. However, field evaluation of CIs can be a significant part of the assurance process.

    摘要: Revised in 2020, this NACE International standard practice provides current technology and industry practices for the use of field-applied heat-shrinkable-sleeve coating systems. The standard is intended for use by corrosion control personnel, design engineers, project managers, purchasers, and construction engineers and managers. It is applicable to underground steel pipelines in the oil and gas gathering, distribution, and transmission industries.The standard practice presents guidelines for establishing minimum requirements to ensure proper application and performance of field-applied, heat-shrinkable sleeves to the external surfaces of coated pipe. Included are methods for (1) qualifying and controlling the quality of a heat-shrinkable sleeve, (2) guidelines for proper application, and (3) inspection and repair techniques to ensure its long-term performance. The standard is applicable to coating systems used to prevent corrosion in conjunction with cathodic protection, and heat-shrinkable wraparound- or tubular-type sleeve coating systems, underground steel pipelines.

American Petroleum Institute (API) Spec 11AX provides dimension requirements that ensure the interchangeability of component parts. However, that document does not provide material specifications or guidelines for the proper application of various API pumps. API RP 11AR lists the general advantages and disadvantages of the various pump types and lists the acceptable materials for barrels and plungers; API RP 11BR and NACE SP0195 supplement API Spec 11AX by providing corrosion control methods using chemical treatment. This standard is intended for end users (e.g., production engineers) and equipment manufacturers to supplement the use of the aforementioned API and NACE publications.

This standard may be useful at facilities other than nuclear power plants that contain complex networks of buried or submerged piping, which may be composed of more than one material and may or may not be grounded.This standard addresses the design of CP systems in nuclear power plants for new piping systems and existing coated and uncoated piping systems. For each type of system, information is provided concerning the effects of grounding of the piping system on the design of the CP system. It also introduces design concepts for new piping systems that will assist in the design, operation, testing, or maintenance of a CP system.This standard also presents accepted methods and practices for the installation, operation (including acceptance criteria), testing, and maintenance of CP systems in nuclear power plants.
