摘要: 主要技术内容:随着我国地方经济和通用航空产业的持续发展,通用机场建设数量越来越多。早在2019年全国颁证通用机场数量已超过同期颁证运输机场数量,其中跑道型通用机场占比超过50%,已成为通用机场中的主体。当前我国的跑道型通用机场建设主要参照运输机场的标准执行,忽视了跑道型通用机场在功能、机型、业务类型等方面的特点,导致跑道型通用机场的建设存在规模不合理、投资过高等情况,影响并制约了跑道型通用机场的建设与发展。在保障飞行安全的前提下,建设规模合理、经济适用、满足长期发展的跑道型通用机场,依据国家有关法律法规,学习借鉴其他专业性咨询服务成功经验,特制定本标准。本标准是中国AOPA组织、引导跑道型通用机场建设工作的基本依据,是所有自愿接受行业自律的投资和运营人共同遵守的行为规范 -

This document also covers the special operational features of aeronautical ground lighting and addresses the level of training and the requirements for maintenance procedures detailed in IEC 61821 and other national or regional regulation.The requirements and tests are intended to set a specification framework for system designers, system installers, users, and maintenance personnel to ensure a safe and economic use of electrical systems in installations for the beaconing of aerodromes.This document complements existing IEC aeronautical ground lighting (AGL) standards and can be used as a design specification. -

实施时间:摘要: IEC 61820-3-2:2023 specifies the requirements for power electronic converter systems (PECS) dedicated to powering aeronautical ground lighting (AGL) circuits with series circuit topology. An example of a traditional implementation is an AGL circuit with 6,6 A RMS nominal current, powered by a constant current regulator (CCR). In addition to revising the requirements for 6,6 A CCR setups, this document introduces requirements for general PECS for new AGL systems including systems specifically designed for LED based luminaires.This first edition cancels and replaces IEC 61822 published in 2009. This edition constitutes a technical revision.This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to IEC 61822:2009:a) introduction of power electronic converter systems (PECS) to be used in the aeronautical ground lighting systems other than the 6,6 A aeronautical ground lighting systems;b) introduction of classification for different device types;c) introduction of IEC 62477-1:2022 and IEC 62477-2:2018 as the basis for safety related requirements. -

实施时间:摘要: 1.1This test method covers the determination of airport pavement condition through visual surveys of asphalt-surfaced pavements, including porous friction courses and plain or reinforced jointed portland cement concrete pavements, using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method of quantifying pavement condition.1.2The PCI is a measurement of the collective judgement of pavement maintenance engineers. It directly relates to M&R needs and indirectly to pavement structural integrity and functional condition indicators. The PCI is not intended to replace the direct measurement of roughness, structural capacity, texture, or friction.1.3The PCI for airport pavements was developed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers through the funding provided by the U.S. Air Force(1-3).2It is further verified and adopted by FAA(4)and the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command(5).1.4The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. The PCI provides a measure of the present condition of the pavement based on the distress observed on the surface of the pavement, which also indicates the structural integrity and surface operational condition (localized roughness and safety). The PCI cannot measure the structural capacity, neither does it provide direct measurement of skid resistance or roughness. It provides an objective and rational basis for determining maintenance and repair needs and priorities. Continuous monitoring of the PCI is used to establish the rate of pavement deterioration, which permits early identification of major rehabilitation needs. The PCI provides feedback on pavement performance for validation or improvement of current pavement design and maintenance procedures. -
