摘要: 主要技术内容:(1)填充剂:将合适浓度的填充剂用碎布以顺或逆时针方向擦涂于被涂物表面,再用干凈布以顺木纹方向擦净表面,待其完全干透后进行砂光。填充剂须具有良好的快干性(便于操作)、密着性(不易出现脱漆现象)和粘度,同时为透明或半透明色漆,保证颜色效果良好。(2)白身修色(木材等化):在对木材进行白身修色时,须统一调配修色材料、进行充分搅拌,并根据产品的颜色需要来决定喷涂次数和浓度。(3)底色漆:在使用前按一定的比例进行调配,并根据产品颜色的需要、白身素材的差异等因素来决定底色漆的涂布量,一般来说产品底色漆的喷涂以一枪过且喷均匀适量为宜,不宜补喷或多次喷涂,对于喷涂过后出现黑脏点现象的产品,还须对其进行过滤操作。(4)胶封底漆:浓度一定要准,不能有误差,通常在8-12秒之间;喷涂的风量、油量和压力根据喷漆枪手喷涂距离及节奏的快慢不同做适当的调节。因浓度较稀导致喷涂时出现流油现象的产品,需在产品的端头、边、角、螺形等地方进行重复喷涂。(5)砂光:涂装过程中的砂光要分几次进行,并根据产品加工的需要来确定砂光的程度和选择砂光材料,砂纸类型从280#、320#、400#逐步递增;砂光的动作方法要灵活、正确、顺木纹纱,砂光好坏以手感光滑、无砂印(痕)为宜。(6)仿古漆:用喷或刷涂的方法进行喷涂,注意产品所在沟槽、凹陷、雕刻等地方不能露白;仿古漆刷涂到产品上后需用毛刷以逆木纹方向来回几次刷涂,让仿古漆充分渗入木孔,并根据产品颜色需要或多或少地留取仿古漆,达到擦色基本均匀。(7)底漆、面漆:需具有良好的密着性、透明性、干燥性、流展性和平坦性,并根据不同的产品准确调配浓度;底漆、面漆在使用前必须充分搅拌,使用过程中也要注意经常搅动,并注意桔子皮、起泡、油窝、流油亮度等问题。(8)布印:将碎布调湿并拧至干湿不滴落状态,碎布材料要求柔软、不褪色且吸水性比较好,然后在产品上顺木纹方向自然拍打。若是酒精布印,还必须用另一只手拿布轻抹或用钢丝绒整理一道,对于一些产品的雕刻处、沟槽处,可考虙用相对淡一些的布印刷涂一次,再在上面拍打。(9)修色:面修时先看来料情况,在生产过程中经常会有底色不断变化的情况,需时刻加以注意;修色完毕后进行全面检查,包括整体颜色是否一致、产品颜色是否与色板颜色一致,整个产品有无其它缺陷,如砂光、砂穿、砂光不良等,全面检查无误后方喷面漆。(10)灰尘漆:灰尘漆多为局部涂,主要针对产品的破坏处、沟槽等处刷涂,刷涂过程中需注意稀释剂的选用和浓度调配,稀释剂为用松香水;不要再修或多次喷漆,因为会影响产品的仿古效果;对于不需要喷涂灰尘漆的产品,直接喷漆面漆 -
