In some foods and beverages AA can impart an off-taste that is undesirable, thus, it is important to know its concentration in PET articles that are to be used in food contact applications.5.2The desorption conditions of 150 °C for 60 min are such that no measurable AA is generated by the sample during the desorption process.

摘要：范围:本文件规定了聚碳酸酯(PC)饮用水罐的产品术语和定义、分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存。本文件适用于以聚碳酸酯（PC）为原料，采用注塑、拉伸、吹塑等工艺生产的通用型聚碳酸酯（PC）饮用水罐。（以下简称产品）;主要技术内容:1.标准编制的背景与目的江苏省桶装饮用水已连续多年总产销量超过了350万吨，生产规模接近600万吨。目前广东在册的瓶(罐）装饮用水生产企业已达520多家，品牌接近2300多个，成为了我省经济发展的强势的产业和朝阳的行业。在江苏省桶装饮用水持续高速发展中，市场桶装饮用水产品品种迭出，有矿泉水、纯净水、天然泉水、其他饮用水等品种，主要的包装容器有使用PC材料，采用挤出、吹塑一次成型工艺的平底桶和目前行业发展主流的使用PC材料，采用注塑、拉伸、吹塑工艺生产的凹底桶。在桶装饮用水行业的持续发展中，尚存在有待解决的产品质量和有关系列标准规范的问题。目前在饮用水包装容器标准方面，有GB 4806.6《食品安全国家标准食品接触用塑料树脂》、GB 4806.7《食品安全国家标准食品接触用塑料材料及制品》、《GB 9685 食品安全国家标准食品接触材料及制品用添加剂使用标准》，原国家轻工业局制定的QB 2460-1999《聚碳酸酯（PC）饮用水罐》已多年没有修订，大大落后实际生产需要，还有部分企业自行依照的聚碳酸酯（PC）罐企业标准，尚缺乏饮用水聚碳酸酯（PC）罐有关的严格、明确的标准，特别是卫生指标中有关毒性添加剂的指标规定。根据江苏的实际情况，为了加强桶装饮用水标准系列化的管理，有利于政府职能部门的监督检验工作，提高产品质量，引导江苏包装饮用水行业有序、健康发展，江苏省饮料工业协会提出并起草了《聚碳酸酯（PC）饮用水罐》团体标准。该标准由协会专家组牵头成立标准起草小组，组织桶装饮用水行业专家、饮用水罐生产企业和桶装饮用水生产企业进行讨论，广泛征求意见，修订、整理发布。2.本标准规定了聚碳酸酯(PC)饮用水罐的产品术语和定义、分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于以食品包装用（食品级）聚碳酸酯树脂为原料，采用注塑、拉伸、吹塑工艺生产的聚碳酸酯罐，产品主要用于天然矿泉水、天然净水、纯净水、天然泉水等各类饮用水的包装。由于长期实践证实采用挤出、吹塑工艺生产的平底桶普遍存在质量问题，极易造成二次污染，因此本标准不适用采用挤出、吹塑工艺生产的平底桶。3.本标准中熔融体积流动速率这项指标是依据美国量测标准协会(ASTM)根据美国杜邦公司(DuPont)惯用的鉴定塑料特性的方法制定而成。该指标将有效地打击抑制利用回收PC料、非食品级聚碳酸酯(PC)制造饮用水罐的非法生产商，规范饮用水罐生产企业，保证食品安全，维护消费者利益。4.标准(草案）引用了国家有关新标准过去的聚碳酸酯（PC）饮用水罐标准均是在2000年之前，本标准引用GB 4806.6《食品安全国家标准食品接触用塑料树脂》、GB 4806.7《食品安全国家标准食品接触用塑料材料及制品》、《GB 9685 食品安全国家标准食品接触材料及制品用添加剂使用标准》，符合国家有关法令和法规，具有通用性。5.整合、修订了我国目前聚碳酸酯（PC)饮用水罐的相关标准，自1994年我国第一罐装饮用水生产至今，有关聚碳酸酯（PC）饮用水罐标准制定滞后于以桶装水为主的我国包装饮用水持续高速发展形势。制定聚碳酸酯(PC)饮用水罐标准，规范行业健康发展，势在必行。但目前国内有关聚碳酸酯（PC)饮用水罐标准都为企业标准为主，有的标准条款不全或欠合理。整合、修订使之更有科学性、合理性、通用性，是本标准的特点之一。6.本标准是在调查省内大部分桶装水生产企业使用的聚碳酸酯（PC）桶，以及主要聚碳酸酯（PC）桶生产企业为基础进行编制，相关指标均有一定的数据分析，使标准具有可行性，以利于同行业产品的提高
