摘要： This part of IEC 62056 specifies the overall structure of the OBject Identification System (OBIS) and the mapping of all commonly used data items in metering equipment to their identification codes.OBIS provides a unique identifier for all data within the metering equipment, including not only measurement values, but also abstract values used for configuration or obtaining information about the behaviour of the metering equipment. The ID codes defined in this document are used for the identification of:- logical names of the various instances of the ICs, or objects, as defined in IEC 62056-6-2:2021;- data transmitted through communication lines;- data displayed on the metering equipment, see Clause A.2.This document applies to all types of metering equipment, such as fully integrated meters, modular meters, tariff attachments, data concentrators, etc.To cover metering equipment measuring energy types other than electricity, combined metering equipment measuring more than one type of energy or metering equipment with several physical measurement channels, the concepts of medium and channels are introduced. This allows meter data originating from different sources to be identified. While this document fully defines the structure of the identification system for other media, the mapping of non-electrical energy related data items to ID codes is completed separately.NOTE EN 13757-1:2014 defines identifiers for metering equipment other than electricity: heat cost allocators, thermal energy, gas, cold water and hot water.

摘要： IEC 60079-31:2022 is available as;IEC 60079-31:2022 RLV;which contains the International Standard and its Redline version, showing all changes of the technical content compared to the previous edition.IEC 60079-31:2022 is applicable to equipment protected by enclosure and surface temperature limitation for use in explosive dust atmospheres. It specifies requirements for design, construction and testing of Ex Equipment and Ex Components. This document supplements and modifies the general requirements of IEC 60079-0. Where a requirement of this document conflicts with a requirement of IEC 60079-0, the requirement of this document takes precedence. This document does not apply to dusts of explosives, which do not require atmospheric oxygen for combustion, or to pyrophoric substances. 摘要： This document specifies a test method for determining, under defined conditions, the resistance of a single coating or a multi-coat system of paint, varnish or related product to penetration, by scratching with a scratch stylus loaded with a specified load. The stylus penetrates to the substrate, except in the case of a multi-coat system, in which case the stylus can penetrate either to the substrate or to an intermediate coat.The method specified can be carried out:a) either as a “pass/fail” test, by testing with a single specified load applied to the stylus to assess conformity with a particular specification; orb) as an assessment test by applying increasing loads to the stylus to determine the minimum load at which the coating is penetrated.NOTE Neither this document nor ISO 1518-2 specifies a method using a curved stylus, which is specified in ISO 12137. 摘要： IEC 62246-4:2023 gives additional requirements for the evaluation of functional characteristics on reed switching components operated by magnetic actuator and gives guidance for their implementation in selected applications.This document specifies test and measurement procedures for the application of reed switch (contact) based magnetic sensors.In case the application of a reed contact magnetic sensor determines additional requirements exceeding those specified in this document, the sensor is evaluated with this application in accordance with the relevant IEC or ISO standard(s) (e.g. IEC 62061 or ISO 13849 series, IEC 60335-1 and relevant parts of the IEC 60335-2 series, IEC 60730-1, IEC 61373, ISO 16750-3).This document does not apply to:– sensing or monitoring of the position of elements of interlocking devices for movable guards (see ISO 14119);– sensing or monitoring of the position of elements of pressure sensitive protective equipment (PSPE, see ISO 13856 series);– electrical equipment for measurement, control, and laboratory use (see IEC 61010-1);– aircraft – proximity switches (see ISO 6859-1).Information contained in this document is relevant to the application of a magnetic sensor on new installations as well as modifications to existing installations.

摘要： IEC 62321-12:2023 specifies a reference test method for the simultaneous determination of polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, and four phthalates: di-isobutyl phthalate (DIBP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), benzylbutyl phthalate (BBP), di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) in polymers of electrotechnical products.The extraction technique described in this document is the ultrasonic-assisted extraction used for simultaneous extraction for sample preparation.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is considered as the reference technique for the measurement of the simultaneous determination of analytes in the range of 25 mg/kg to 2 000 mg/kg.The test method using ultrasonic-assisted extraction followed by GC-MS detection has been evaluated by the tests of polypropylene (PP), polyvinylchloride (PVC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), acrylate rubber (ACM), polystyrene (PS), polyurethane (PU) and polyethylene (PE) materials.This document has the status of a horizontal publication in accordance with IEC Guide 108.
