    摘要: This part of IEC 62056 specifies the overall structure of the OBject Identification System (OBIS) and the mapping of all commonly used data items in metering equipment to their identification codes.OBIS provides a unique identifier for all data within the metering equipment, including not only measurement values, but also abstract values used for configuration or obtaining information about the behaviour of the metering equipment. The ID codes defined in this document are used for the identification of:- logical names of the various instances of the ICs, or objects, as defined in IEC 62056-6-2:2021;- data transmitted through communication lines;- data displayed on the metering equipment, see Clause A.2.This document applies to all types of metering equipment, such as fully integrated meters, modular meters, tariff attachments, data concentrators, etc.To cover metering equipment measuring energy types other than electricity, combined metering equipment measuring more than one type of energy or metering equipment with several physical measurement channels, the concepts of medium and channels are introduced. This allows meter data originating from different sources to be identified. While this document fully defines the structure of the identification system for other media, the mapping of non-electrical energy related data items to ID codes is completed separately.NOTE EN 13757-1:2014 defines identifiers for metering equipment other than electricity: heat cost allocators, thermal energy, gas, cold water and hot water.

    摘要: IEC 60079-31:2022 is available as;IEC 60079-31:2022 RLV;which contains the International Standard and its Redline version, showing all changes of the technical content compared to the previous edition.IEC 60079-31:2022 is applicable to equipment protected by enclosure and surface temperature limitation for use in explosive dust atmospheres. It specifies requirements for design, construction and testing of Ex Equipment and Ex Components. This document supplements and modifies the general requirements of IEC 60079-0. Where a requirement of this document conflicts with a requirement of IEC 60079-0, the requirement of this document takes precedence. This document does not apply to dusts of explosives, which do not require atmospheric oxygen for combustion, or to pyrophoric substances. This document does not apply to Ex Equipment or Ex Components intended for use in underground parts of mines as well as those parts of surface installations of such mines endangered by firedamp and/or combustible dust. This document does not take account of any risk due to an emission of flammable or toxic gas from the dust. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition published in 2013. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition constitutes a technical revision.This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition:- the document has been updated to be in alignment with the second edition of IEC 62271-1:2017;- rated TRV has been removed (TRV is only a test parameter), as in the latest revision of IEC 62271-100;- differentiation has been introduced between requirements expressed for fulfilling the function expected from a switch-fuse combination, from requirements only relevant when the function is performed by a stand-alone device.     摘要: This document specifies a test method for determining, under defined conditions, the resistance of a single coating or a multi-coat system of paint, varnish or related product to penetration, by scratching with a scratch stylus loaded with a specified load. The stylus penetrates to the substrate, except in the case of a multi-coat system, in which case the stylus can penetrate either to the substrate or to an intermediate coat.The method specified can be carried out:a)    either as a “pass/fail” test, by testing with a single specified load applied to the stylus to assess conformity with a particular specification; orb)    as an assessment test by applying increasing loads to the stylus to determine the minimum load at which the coating is penetrated.NOTE      Neither this document nor ISO 1518-2 specifies a method using a curved stylus, which is specified in ISO 12137.     摘要: IEC 62321-12:2023 specifies a reference test method for the simultaneous determination of polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, and four phthalates: di-isobutyl phthalate (DIBP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), benzylbutyl phthalate (BBP), di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) in polymers of electrotechnical products.The extraction technique described in this document is the ultrasonic-assisted extraction used for simultaneous extraction for sample preparation.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is considered as the reference technique for the measurement of the simultaneous determination of analytes in the range of 25 mg/kg to 2 000 mg/kg.The test method using ultrasonic-assisted extraction followed by GC-MS detection has been evaluated by the tests of polypropylene (PP), polyvinylchloride (PVC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), acrylate rubber (ACM), polystyrene (PS), polyurethane (PU) and polyethylene (PE) materials.This document has the status of a horizontal publication in accordance with IEC Guide 108.

This document also presents an overview and guidance for the IEC 61158 eries by:explaining the structure and content of the IEC 61158 series;relating the structure of the IEC 61158 series to the ISO/IEC 7498-1 OSI Basic Reference Model;showing the logical structure of the IEC 61784 series;showing how to use parts of the IEC 61158 series in combination with the IEC 61784 series;providing explanations of some aspects of the IEC 61158 series that are common to the type specific parts of the IEC 61158‑5 series including the application layer service description concepts and the generic fieldbus data types.
