    摘要: ISO/IEC 22592-1:2024 This document specifies test methods as well as test charts to measure the image quality attributes and those variations in colour prints typically used in office environment. Included are digital colour prints formed by using a multifunction or single function printer. Printers supporting a maximum paper size of A4 or larger are suitable for the measurements using the test charts defined in this document.The image quality attributes included are colour reproduction, line quality, graininess and mottle.The sources of variation considered are locations in a page (within-page variation), printed side in a sheet (side-to-side variation), printed order of the sheet (sheet-to-sheet variation) and colours printed on the back side of evaluated patch (show-through variation).A duplex print set, comprising several sheets which are printed by multifunction or single function printer with colour images on both surfaces of a substrate, is a main application of the test methods to measure image quality variations in the set. Variations, such as within-page variation and sheet-to-sheet variation, are also applicable for a simplex print set comprising several sheets which are printed colour images on one surface of a substrate and no image on the other surface.Both duplex and simplex printers are applicable to form a print set. When image qualities of duplex prints are measured, duplex printers which are capable to print images on both sides of substrate automatically are applicable to form duplex prints. However, simplex printers which require a manual arrangement of substrates between the front side and back side printing to form duplex prints are out of scope of this document.

The Redline version is available in English only and provides you with a quick and easy way to compare all the changes between the official IEC Standard and its previous edition.IEC TS 61934:2024 is applicable to the off-line electrical measurement of partial discharges (PDs) that occur in electrical insulation systems (EISs) when stressed by repetitive voltage impulses generated from power electronics devices.Typical applications are EISs belonging to apparatus driven by power electronics, such as motors, inductive reactors, wind turbine generators and the power electronics modules themselves.NOTE Use of this document with specific products can require the application of additional procedures.Excluded from the scope of this document are:- methods based on optical or ultrasonic PD detection,- fields of application for PD measurements when stressed by non-repetitive impulse voltages such as lightning impulse or switching impulses from switchgear.This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition:a) background information on the progress being made in the field of power electronics including the introduction of wide band gap semiconductor devices has been added to the Introduction;b) voltage impulse generators; the parameter values of the voltage impulse waveform have been modified to reflect application of wide band gap semiconductor devices.c) PD detection methods; charge-based measurements are not described in this third edition nor are source-controlled gating techniques to suppress external noise.d) Since the previous edition in 2011, there have been significant technical advances in this field as evidenced by several hundreds of publications.     摘要: ISO/IEC 15938-17:2024 This document specifies Neural Network Coding (NNC) as a compressed representation of the parameters/weights of a trained neural network and a decoding process for the compressed representation, complementing the description of the network topology in existing (exchange) formats for neural networks. It establishes a toolbox of compression methods, specifying (where applicable) the resulting elements of the compressed bitstream. Most of these tools can be applied to the compression of entire neural networks, and some of them can also be applied to the compression of differential updates of neural networks with respect to a base network. Such differential updates are for example useful when models are redistributed after fine-tuning or transfer learning, or when providing versions of a neural network with different compression ratios.This document does not specify a complete protocol for the transmission of neural networks, but focuses on compression of network parameters. Only the syntax format, semantics, associated decoding process requirements, parameter sparsification, parameter transformation methods, parameter quantization, entropy coding method and integration/signalling within existing exchange formats are specified, while other matters such as pre-processing, system signalling and multiplexing, data loss recovery and post-processing are considered to be outside the scope of this document. Additionally, the internal processing steps performed within a decoder are also considered to be outside the scope of this document; only the externally observable output behaviour is required to conform to the specifications of this document.

This document refers to an encapsulation of hardware identification (HWID) data as a HWID tag, just as ISO/IEC 19770-2 refers to software identification (SWID) tags for software identification.This document applies to the following.- Tag producers: organizations that create HWID tags for use by others in the market. A tag producer can be part of the organization creating the hardware or a third-party organization. These organizations can be broken down into two major categories.- Device or component providers: entities responsible for the manufacturing or creation of the hardware device and/or associated operating system, virtual environment, or application platform. Platform providers which support this document can additionally provide tag management capabilities at the level of the platform or operating system.- Tag tool providers: entities that provide tools to create hardware identification tags.     摘要: ISO/IEC 7184:2024 This document defines basic security requirements for the protection of hard copy devices (HCDs) including identification and authentication, security management, software update, field-replaceable nonvolatile storage data protection, network data protection and public switched telephone network (PSTN) fax-network separation.It can be applied to office equipment with network functions including printers, scanners, fax machines, digital copiers, and digital multi-function machines, specifically for small office and home office users.This document assumes a small, private information processing environment in which most elements of security are provided by the physical environment. In such an environment is assumed to be physically and logically protected from threats originating from outside of that environment, typically by limiting physical access to the HCD and connecting it to a LAN that is protected from the public Internet. A small office or home office would be a typical example of this environment.Please note that the requirements outlined in this document are not intended to replace the existing Common Criteria Certification for hardcopy devices which ensure the minimum-security requirements for enterprise environment.     摘要: IEC 60335-2-41:2024 deals with the safety of electric pumps for liquids having a temperature not exceeding 90 °C, intended for household and similar purposes, their rated voltage being not more than 250 V for single-phase appliances and 480 V for other appliances including direct current (DC) supplied appliances and battery-operated appliances. Examples of appliances within the scope of this standard are- aquarium pumps;- garden pond pumps;- shower-boost pumps;- sludge pumps;- submersible pumps;- table fountain pumps;- vertical wet pit pumps.Appliances not intended for normal household use, but that nevertheless can be a source of danger to the public, such as appliances intended to be used by laymen in shops, in light industry and on farms, are within the scope of this standard.As far as is practicable, this standard deals with the common hazards presented by ap-pliances that are encountered by all persons in and around the home. However, in gen-eral, it does not take into account- persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental capabilities; or lack of experience and knowledge prevents them from using the appliance safely without supervision or instruction;- children playing with the appliance.Attention is drawn to the fact that- for appliances intended to be used in vehicles or on board ships or aircraft, additional requirements can be necessary;- in many countries additional requirements are specified by the national health authori-ties, the national authorities responsible for the protection of labour and similar au-thorities.This standard does not apply to- stationary circulation pumps for heating and service water installations (IEC 60335-2-51);- pumps for flammable liquids;- pumps intended exclusively for industrial purposes;- pumps intended to be used in locations where special conditions prevail, such as the presence of a corrosive or explosive atmosphere (dust, vapour or gas);- pumps incorporating chlorinators of the electrolytic type.Pumps incorporated in appliances are not covered by this standard unless a specific ref-erence is made.This fifth edition cancels and replaces the fourth edition published in 2012. This edition constitutes a technical revision.This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition:a) alignment with IEC 60335-1:2020;b) modification or conversion of some notes to normative text (Clause 1, 7.12.1, 25.7);c) introduction of IEC 60417 symbol for maximum operating depth and indoor use only (7.1, 7.6, 7.12.1);d) clarification of requirements for aquarium pumps and garden pond pumps;e) addition of legibility requirements for markings exposed to solar radiation (7.14);f) clarification of pumps subjected to test probe 18 (8.1.1, 20.2);g) introduction of accessible surface temperature limits (Clause 11);h) addition of requirements for IEC 61984 connectors for pumps intended for permanent connection to fixed wiring (22.107, 24.1.5, 24.1.101, 25.3).i) clarifications on remote operation for pumps in scope of this standard (22.40, 22.49, 22,51).This part 2 is to be used in conjunction with the latest edition of IEC 60335-1 and its amendments unless that edition precludes it; in that case, the latest edition that does not preclude it is used.
