The present application relates to a PPG signal cluster center acquisition method and a PPG signal processing method and apparatus: S11: obtaining and preprocessing sample PPG signals to obtain second pulses; S12: performing a Fast Fourier Transform on the second pulses, extracting a frequency component, and normalizing a feature parameter thereof to obtain third pulses; S13: clustering the third pulses to obtain an initial clustering cluster and an initial clustering center; S14: constructing a MAE similarity matrix according to normalized parameter MAE values of two initial clustering centers; S15: obtaining MAE values of second minimum values of row vectors in the MAE similarity matrix, and when there are two MAE values smaller than a first preset value and corresponding to the same initial clustering center, merging the initial clustering clusters corresponding to the MAE values into a new initial clustering cluster, and executing S14 using mean value pulses of the initial clustering centers corresponding to said MAE values as initial clustering centers of the new initial clustering clusters, and otherwise, using the initial clustering center as a target clustering center.
