The invention relates to a freewheel (1) with an axis of rotation (2) for a pinion (3) of a bicycle crank (4), having at least the following components: - a clamping surface (5); - a plurality of clamping members (7); - a clamping member cage (8) in which the clamping members (7) are guided; and - an axial mounting (9) for axially supporting the clamping members (7) with respect to the clamping surface (5). The freewheel (1) is primarily characterised in that the axial mounting (9) is formed by a sleeve (10) having an inner diameter (11) for attachment onto a shaft (12), the sleeve also encompassing the clamping surface (5). With the freewheel according to the invention, a cost-effective and reliable assembly is proposed, which is suitable for the requirements in a crank of an e-bike.
