An embedding rate control algorithm (EBCRCM) based reversible invisible watermarking system, the system comprising: an encoding processing unit for performing an encoding process to convert an original image into an embedded watermark image using the original image as an input for which a predefined threshold value T is defined and a contrast value n is set to 3; and a decoding processing unit for performing a decoding process to recover the original image from a watermarked image, using the watermarked image as input for which the predefined threshold value T and the location mapping matrix M and the contrast value n are obtained.
