PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admixture, a frost-resistant concrete, and a method for producing frost-resistant concrete for obtaining concrete having excellent frost-resistant resistance and ensuring fluidity retention. SOLUTION: The frost-resistant admixture according to the present invention consists of (A) an agent A containing a solid paraffin, an emulsifier, a foaming agent and a dispersion medium, and (B) an agent B containing a nitrite and a solvent.
