The present invention is directed to a feed additive comprising at least a fat-soluble vitamin in a polysaccharide matrix, and to a process for its manufacture. Further objects of the present invention are feed comprising such feed additive, as well as methods for supplementation and corresponding uses of such feed additives and feed.
