The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating lung cancer, comprising a compound isolated from a Cephalotaxaceae extract as an active ingredient. Isoharringtonin which is the compound isolated from the Cephalotaxaceae extract, according to the present invention, induces apoptosis and exhibits the effect of inhibiting the growth of non-small cell lung cancer cell lines, and thus can be useful in the prevention or treatment of lung cancer. In addition, by treating isoharringtonin and siNR4A1 in combination, anticancer activity can be increased, and when treating isoharringtonin and cisplatin, which is a conventional anticancer drug, in combination, side effects of anticancer treatment can be reduced by means of inducing a high anticancer effect by treating a low concentration of cisplatin.
