The present invention relates to a molecular marker for discriminating early-flowering or late-flowering pampas grass varieties and their use, and the molecular marker of the present invention has a very high correlation with the flowering-related traits of pampas grasses, so that early-flowering or full-flowering pampas grass varieties can be treated early. Because it can be efficiently discriminated against , it will be usefully used as a molecular marker that can dramatically shorten the growing life of pampas grass varieties.
