PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase drug bioavailability in naltrexone therapy. A step of identifying an individual suffering from overweight or obesity; and a therapeutically effective amount of naltrexone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and bupropion or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to the individual.
