The invention relates to a method for managing telecommunications resources dynamically allocated to a plurality of telecommunications operators. According to such a method, at least one centralised module (200) for managing resources performs the following steps: - receiving (E310) a request for resources issued by a module (210B), referred to as the requesting module, representing one of the plurality of telecommunications operators, referred to as the requesting operator, to at least one centralised module for managing resources; - sending (E340), to the requesting module, and in response to the request, at least one offer of resources. The at least one offer of resources comprises: - an item of information, referred to as the item of common objective information, representing a resource management objective that is common to the plurality of telecommunications operators; and/or - at least one item of reliability information from at least one other telecommunications operator of the plurality of operators, referred to as the offering operator, making the at least one offer of resources.
