The invention relates to a gripping aid for receiving an object and a dispenser for a gripping aid. Gripping aids are used for the hygienic reception of objects, for example for health protection. Known gripping aids are adapted to the size of one hand. Therefore, a gripping aid for picking up an object by means of a hand with a front, a back, a first recording with a first opening for fingers of the hand and a second opening for other fingers and/or the thumb of the hand associated with the first recording is proposed,wherein the receptacles are arranged on the back and when picking up the object, the front is facing the object to be picked up and the opening of the first receptacle and the opening of the second receptacle each face a intermediate region are spaced apart such a way, that the gripping aid can be picked up by hand by inserting and/or thumb into the openings of the first and second receptacles, wherein a third receptacle associated with the first receptacle is provided with a third opening for further fingers or the thumb of a second hand of a different size,wherein the third opening of the third receptacle faces the intermediate region and is spaced so far from the first receptacle that the gripping aid for receiving the object with the second hand of the other size is arranged.
