Provided is a pension management system for managing the pension saving process by linking same with consumption behavior of consumer members and communicating online/offline, via wired/wireless online networks, with consumer member information devices, vendor member information devices (including POS systems, card payment devices, and the like), online shopping mall servers connected to consumption-linked pension plans, companies selling and managing POS systems and card payment devices for offline pension plan connections for product/service vendors, banks, card-issuing companies, payment agency servers, and pension-linked bank servers, the pension management system comprising: an operational information storage module for storing operational information comprising product/service information registered by vendor members; a product/service search support module which, when a product/service search request message containing a search keyword is transmitted from a consumer member information device connected to the pension plan-linked online shopping mall server, searches for the product/service information to extract product/service information corresponding to the search keyword, calculates a product/service sales price and an actual product/service payment price reflecting the pension-linked (%) for each unit of extracted product/service information (the pension-linked (%) indicates the percentage of the product/service sales price linked to pension), generates a product/service search results page listing the product/service information in ascending order of actual product/service payment prices, and transmits the generated product/service search results page to the consumer member information device; and a sales price and pension-linked price deposit support module which, when a product/service purchase decision message containing payment information is transmitted from the consumer member information device, communicates with the pension-linked bank server, and, on the basis of the payment information, deposits the amount corresponding to the product/service sales price, from among the consumer-side one-time payments, to a vendor member-side bank account, and, simultaneously, deposits the pension-linked amount, corresponding to the pension-linked (%) of the payment amount included in the payment information, to the consumer member-side pension bank account, wherein the offline product/service shops communicate with companies selling and managing POS systems and card payment devices for offline pension plan connections for product/service vendors, banks, card issuing companies, and payment agency servers, and utilize pension-linked programs provided by online shopping malls.
