PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the radius of curvature of the cornea of a subject more efficiently. SOLUTION: The corneal radius of curvature calculation device emits detection light from different positions to irradiate at least one eyeball of a subject with a first light source and a second light source, and an image of the eyeball of the subject irradiated with the detection light. Based on the image of the subject's eyeball imaged by the image pickup unit and the image of the subject's eyeball captured by the image pickup unit, the position of the first corneal reflex center by the detection light from the first light source and the second corneal reflex by the detection light from the second light source. A position calculation unit that calculates the position of the reflection center, a center distance calculation unit that calculates the center-to-center distance between the position of the first corneal reflex center and the second corneal reflex center, the center-to-center distance, and the imaging unit. It is provided with a corneal radius of curvature calculation unit that calculates the corneal radius of curvature of the subject's eyeball based on the distance from the subject's eyeball.
