PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate a cost failure when the cost failure is generated as a result of a situation in which a user confronts a trouble and fights with another party.;SOLUTION: In a management server 120 that is connected to a user terminal 100 through a network, the management server 120 comprises: a recovery amount calculation unit 140 that calculates a recovery amount on the basis of user information and recovery amount calculation information; a right protection cost calculation unit 150 that calculates right protection cost; an insurance money reduction determination unit 160 that determines necessity/unnecessity of insurance money reduction; and a payment amount calculation unit 170 that determines a smaller one when comparing between an insurance money amount included in payment amount calculation information and a difference as a compensation money amount in a case where a difference between a recovery amount and right protection cost included in the payment amount calculation information is more than or equal to 0 and the difference is generated for an insurance target period included in the payment amount calculation information, and that calculates a payment amount by multiplying a reduced making-up ratio included in the payment amount calculation information by a compensation money amount in a case where insurance money reduction is valid.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2021,JPO&INPIT
