SOLUTION: The present invention uses a method for fermenting matsutake mushroom mycelia with Lactobacillus pentosa to obtain a matsutake fermented product and a matsutake fermented product obtained by the method, particularly Lactobacillus pentosas GUFHSL-69. Provided is a fermented matsutake mushroom obtained by fermenting the mycelium of the T35 strain.
