The invention discloses a device for spatially resolved in-situ detection of fluids, in particular liquid water on a carrier structure, comprising at least three transducer elements, which are used up on the carrier structure and bo-or disposed, a control unit for controlling the transducer elements and a signal processing unit for evaluating received signals by the transducer elements, as well as a measuring method which uses the arrangement according to the invention. The task of being able to detect fluids spatially resolved and continuously on a carrier structure in operation is thereby achieved,that the transducer elements form transmission paths among each other and thus cover a measuring range for detecting fluids on the carrier structure, wherein the control unit each drives a transducer element of the at least three transducer elements as a transmitter and records transmitted signals by the respective other transducer elements, wherein the signal processing unit computes the signals of the transducer elements tomographically and outputs a spatially resolved distribution of the fluid on the carrier structure.
