The present disclosure relates to a method for analyzing a security vulnerability and an electronic device including the same, and more particularly, to a method for analyzing a security vulnerability of an input code based on an intermediate language and an electronic device including the same. The security vulnerability analysis method of the present disclosure includes receiving a first input code, converting the first input code into an intermediate language, and detecting a security vulnerability of a program based on the intermediate language.
