Disclosed are a method for XRD phase analysis of a synthetic powder and an apparatus used therefor. The present invention provides a sample holder for providing a receiving space for the sample powder; a heating stage coupled to the sample holder; an alumina insulating structure outside the sample holder and the heating stage; a beryllium window over the sample holder; a gas inlet/outlet line connected to the sample holder, the heating stage, or the outside of the alumina insulating structure; and a cooling line connected to the outside of the sample holder, the heating stage, or the alumina insulating structure.
