The invention relates to a method for creating and teaching an environment map for a trained parking operation with the following steps:-Request (S1) a new training procedure for a trained parking procedure;-Starting (S2) a trajectory descent;-Locate (S3) the ego vehicle;-Retrieve (S4) at least one aerial image based on a current position of the ego vehicle;-Extraction (S5) of features from at least one aerial image;-Start (S6) a learning process;-Record (S7) an environment of the ego vehicle with at least one environment detection sensor (2) of the ego vehicle;-Matching (S8) the characteristics of the aerial image with the detected characteristics of at least one ambient sensing sensor (2);– evaluate (S9) the characteristics of at least one environmental sensing sensor (2) as relevant or irrelevant;-Selection (S10) of the detection characteristics of at least one environmental sensing sensor (2) considered relevant and linking these characteristics with the characteristics of the aerial image to an environmental map;-Check (S11) whether a target point of the trajectory has been reached;-Save (S12) the travelled trajectory as well as the surrounding map when reaching the destination point.
