In the present invention, hydrophobized gelatin and hydrophobized polyethyleneimine are fixed in a lipid bilayer to form a complex in the aqueous channel to close the aqueous channel. As this is opened, the active ingredient loaded in the water channel is released. In particular, the cubic monoolein phase of the present invention contains a hydrophobized glucose oxidase and senses glucose to open an aqueous channel, and its size is 100 nm or less, so it has an effect of easy skin penetration. Therefore, when a cosmetic product is manufactured using the monoolein of the present invention, there is an effect of penetrating deep into the skin or tissue and releasing the active ingredient mounted inside the aqueous channel only in an environment in which glucose is present.
