USE OF GCS INHIBITOR IN PREPARING DRUG FOR TREATING COCAINE ADDICTION

Use of a GCS inhibitor in preparing a drug for treating cocaine addiction, relating to the field of detoxification drugs. Experiments prove that the GCS inhibitor can specifically reduce the content of glucosylceramide sphingolipids in a nucleus accumbens brain region, reduce the number of dendritic branches and a dendritic spine density, and effectively inhibit behavioral effects (the behavioral effects of behavioral sensitization, a rewarding effect, and autonomous administration) of cocaine on a mouse. Using the GCS inhibitor for preparing a drug for treating cocaine addiction has good application prospects.
