A multilayer film comprising: a. a first polyimide layer having a thickness of 8 to 130 micrometers comprising: a polyimide derived from at least 50 mole percent of an aromatic dianhydride based on a total dianhydride content of the polyimide, and at least 50 mole percent of an aromatic diamine based on a total Diamine content of the polyimide; b. a second polyimide layer 0.5 to 20 micrometers thick in direct contact with the first polyimide layer, the second polyimide layer comprising: i) 25 to 50 weight percent of a polyimide derived from at least 50 mole percent of one aromatic dianhydride based on a total dianhydride content of the polyimide and at least 50 mole percent of an aromatic diamine based on a total diamine content of the polyimide; ii) greater than 0 and less than 20 weight percent of a silica matting agent or one Mixture of silica matting agent with at least one additional matting agent; iii) more than 0 and less than 20% by weight of at least one submicron carbon black; iv) 15 to 50% by weight of at least one submicron pyrogenic metal oxide; and wherein the multilayer film has an L * color space of less than 30 and a 60 ° gloss value of less than 10.
